MAKE AND BAKE — The annual Make and Bake for Community Christian Church is Oct. 13, beginning at 6 p.m. The public is cordially invited to attend. Handmade crafts and food items will be available for purchase, along with a silent auction and raffle for a handmade king-size quilt. You do not need to be present to win. A Soup and Sandwich Supper will be available for a $6 donation. All profits will be used for Church service projects. Community Christian is at the corner of Ohio 19 and Biddle Road.

WORSHIP NIGHT IN AMERICA — Join Galion Gracepoint, 683 Portland Way North, at 7 p.m. Oct. 25 for Worship Night in America: An Evening of Unity and Prayer for Our Country. This is a nationwide one-night event other Christians gathered in churches and theaters. Music and remarks by worship leaders Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Tasha Cobbs, Phil Wickham, Kim Walker-Smith, Matt Maher, and remarks by pastors Max Lucado and Louie Giglio. TRUNK OR TREAT — Ontario United Methodist Church, 3540 PAW, will have a Trunk or Treat afternoon of fun Oct. 30 from 3-5 p.m. There will be lots of treats as well as interesting crafts and a wide variety of prizes. So don your best costume, grab a sack and come to the church. All Ontario area children are invited.
