11:09 a.m. — A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated at the police department.
2:55 p.m. — A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 100 block of Shady Lane.
3:10 p.m. — A First Avenue resident reported someone he knows was at his residence and is not allowed on the property.
3:32 p.m. — A dispute between neighbors in the 200 block of South Pierce Street was mediated by officers. A man was warned for disorderly conduct and public indecency.
4:36 p.m. — A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Grand Street.
Saturday
3:12 a.m. — A Third Avenue resident reported a man ran from their backyard but nothing was damaged or stolen. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the man.
8:21 a.m. — Officers delivered a message to a Harding Way East resident from the Shelby Police Department.
11 a.m. — Drug paraphernalia found in a room at the Rainbow Motel was turned over to officers.
11:26 a.m. — A non-injury accident in the 400 block of Harding Way West was investigated. Tiffany J. Davis was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.
12:10 p.m. — Officers made a report of an accident that happened in the parking lot at Dollar General.
2:32 p.m. — A report of a shoplifting at Dollar General was investigated.
4:44 p.m. — A report of a runaway juvenile was investigated in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue. The boy later returned home.
4:50 p.m. — A Libby Lane resident reported receiving threats.
7:10 p.m. — A report of two suspicious men in the area of a business in the 200 block of Harding Way East was investigated.
9:46 p.m. — Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 200 block of Libby Lane.
11:32 p.m. — A motorist reported that someone attempted to break into their vehicle in the 100 block of Myrtle Alley.
Sunday
12:18 a.m. — A report of a fight in the 400 block of Harding Way East was investigated. A 24-year-old Galion man was arrested.
3:50 p.m. — A report of people in a van stealing entire buckets of candy was investigated. The candy was returned.
5:06 p.m. — A nurse from Galion Community Hospital reported a child received drugs while trick or treating.
7:29 p.m. — A North Columbus Street resident reported finding candy that looked tampered with.
8:35 p.m. — A South Market Street resident reported a neighbor kicked in their door and made threats. Kayla Skaggs was arrested for disorderly conduct by fighting.
8:04 p.m. — A Harding Way East resident reported two contractor radios stolen from their porch during trick or treat.
