Kevin Jay Hart, 49, passed away on May 2, 2022, at Avita Health System of Galion.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Schneider-Gompf funeral Home, 303 Portland Way North, Galion, Ohio.
