CRESTLINE — Crestline native and photographer Shelley West Clark is opening a new business in Crestline called XXII Photography and Design.

Her new business, 226 N. Seltzer St., behind Carolyn’s Hair Design, is having an open house Saturday, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“We do family photos, head shots, senior photos,” said Clark. “We also can design and make custom shirts, business cards …any of your graphic design needs.”

XXII will also do spirit wear for local schools. Many of the unique designs worn at Crestline and Galion sporting events — and elsewhere — were designed by Clark.

Shelley invites friends, family and potential customers to “stop by and check out the new studio and enter for a chance to win a free Christmas Mini Session or a $25 gift card for a custom shirt.”

Clark has a degree in graphic design from North Central State College. She is is running the business with the assistance of her cousin, Kristi Fearn, who is her second photographer and office manager.

“I love photography and designing!” Clark said. “I’ve been doing photography for a few years now and I wanted a place I could expand on my studio photography. I’ve been a sports mom for 15 years now and I wanted to make sport fan clothes that are designed more for women because I was tired of wearing the same stuff all of the time.”

The studio is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Other hours are appointment only at 419-566-2665.
