GALION — Remember, this month’s Galion Safety Council meeting is a little different. It will take place on the square during the city’s Third Friday in Galion event, this week.

The class, on fire extinguisher training, will be at the Gazebo, beginning at 5 p.m. It is being presented by Galion Fire Department personnel.

Several groups need one or more meetings to meet the attendance requirement for this year, and this is the last opportunity of the fiscal year to do that. Please make sure someone from your company attends so you don’t miss out on your rebate opportunity.

If it rains, the meeting will be at the Galion Fire Department.
