GALION — The Galion Community Hospital Auxiliary has announced the winners of scholarships offered by the Auxiliary.

Alexis Waterer is entering her senior year at Kent State University where she is pursuing a degree in speech pathology. Waterer is a repeat awardee, having received a scholarship as a senior at Colonel Crawford High School.

Kristen Duryea, a senior at Northmor High School, received the Melanie DeNise Scholarship to help her pursue a nursing degree at Heidelberg University.

Kailey Keener was awarded the Jean Lust Scholarship to support her efforts to earn a nursing degree at Ashland University. Keener is a senior at Galion High School.
