Central Joint Ambulance District looking for new VP

0

Not only did the Central Joint Ambulance District make the decision last month to keep Life Support Team on as the community’s emergency service provider, the district is now on the hunt for a new vice president.

Steve Aichholz had to step down from the position last month due to employment obligations. He was also the representative on the district for the New Washington area.

The district did not receive bids in their quest to secure a new emergency medical services provider after Life Support Team Ambulance failed to secure a performance bond.

The district’s oversight committee will be meeting with Crawford County Sheriff Scott Kent, Life Support Team COO Jesse Sipes and Crawford County EMA (Emergency Management Agency) Director Tim Flock to set new run times for Life Support Team to reflect how long a run time should take at a safe speed.
