CARDINGTON — The boys and girls bowling teams from Galion High School made a trip to Morrow Lanes in Cardington on Wednesday afternoon to meet up with the Indians from Mount Gilead High School. Both Galion teams came away with victories

The boys team defeated Mount Gilead by a final score of 1,882-1,661. Leading the way for Galion with the high game for the match was Austin Rinehart, bowling a 207. Rinehart would also pick up the high series for the Tigers with a 397.

Galion’s girls squad would be victorious over the Indians by a final tally of 1,260-957. High series of the night was claimed by Brooklyn Potter with a 238.

Next up for the Galion bowling teams will be the Crestline Bulldogs on Tuesday Dec.20 at Victory Lanes.
