Clear Fork shuts out Galion in girls soccer

BELLVILLE — Clear Fork took control early against winless Galion in girls high school soccer action Tuesday en route to a 10-0 victory. It was 7-0 tonight before the intermission.

For Galion, the bright spot was Allison DeNero, who had 11 saves.

Kaylin Helinski had three goals to lead the Colts. Joining her in the scoring column wer Bianca Hoffer (2 goals) and MacKenzie Klenk, Macy Wade, Lauren Callen, Hayley Brown and MacKenzie Wade with one goal each.

Assisting goals were Kaylin Helinski, MacKenzie Thorne, Carson Crowner, MacKenzie Wade, Lauren Callen, Hayley Brown, Aly Wend and Kaylee Krausman.

Galion is on the road tonight at Marion Harding.
