The Colonel Crawford boys and girls track teams defended their Northern 10 Athletic Conference title at Friday’s meet in Bucyrus.
The Eagles won with 150 points, while the Lady Eagles won with 149.
For the girls, Upper Sandusky placed second with 139.5 points, followed by Carey (76.5), Seneca East (69), Buckeye Central (56), Wynford (49), Mohawk (49), Bucyrus (46) and Ridgedale (28).
Taking first individually were Anna Reffey (1600, 3200 meter run), Kirsten Vehrs (300 meter hurdles), Callie Ruffener (200 meter dash, pole vault) and Sam Mutchler (high jump).
Hayley McCoy notched the spot for the Lady Royals in the 400 meter dash. Bucyrus’ Gabriella Seibert placed second in the same event. Seibert also placed second in the high jump.
The Lady Redmen’s Kelci Simms placed second in the shot put.
Aubrey Wright won the 100 meter dash and long jump for Buckeye Central.
For the boys, Seneca East placed second with 123 points, followed by Wynford (108), Carey (75), Bucyrus (50.5), Upper Sandusky (48.5), Mohawk (40), Ridgedale (34) and Buckeye Central (33).
Taking first individually were Chad Johnson (800, 1600 meter run), Owen Adams (300 meter hurdles, long jump), Nick Studer (3200 meter run).
Wynford’s Cole Fortner notched the top spot in the 100 and 200 meter dashes, while Seth Hoffman was the shot put champion. The Royals 4×200 meter relay team took gold.
Bucyrus’ Mykal Smathers placed second in the 400 meter dash.
Brice Brenneman led the Bucks by placing second in the long jump.
