The artistic arrangements flower show at the Crawford County Fair is one of the first competitions to be judged. Sunday morning Ohio Association of Garden Clubs-certified judge Pat Wells lent her expertise to choosing the winners among the county OAGC garden clubs artistic entries.

The flower show theme this year is a celebration of the 75th anniversary of “The Wizard of Oz.” She also judged the first batch of perennial, annual and herb horticultural entries, open to the general public. A new flower show will be put in place Wednesday morning, to be judged that afternoon.

The flower building is open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily, with a hostess on hand to enhance one’s enjoyment of the exhibits.
