4:04 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the McDonald Avenue area was investigated.

7:40 a.m.-The owner of Posey D’s reported that someone had used the dumpster without permission.

9:34 a.m.-A report of a breaking and entering in the 300 block of North Market Street was investigated.

1:59 p.m.-A non-injury accident at the intersection of Grand and Clymer Streets was investigated. Brennen Hocker was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.

2:09 p.m.-A report of people smoking marijuana was investigated in the 100 block of Easton Way.

2:58 p.m.-A report of the theft of utilities and cutting of steel was investigated in the 100 block of Wilson Street.

3:26 p.m.-An employee of Geyer’s reported that someone attempted to steal $300 worth of groceries. The groceries were retrieved but the person was not apprehended. The incident is still under investigation.

10:31 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 400 block of Grand Street was investigated.
