8:56am A report of a domestic problem in the 200 block of Whetstone Street was received. It was determined that officers were not needed.

9:26am Two income tax summons were served to a subject on station.

11:14am A motorist was given a warning for display of plates in the area of Mansfield and East Streets.

11:21am Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with an alarm drop in the 1700 block of Tiffin Road.

11:29am An escort was made for Wise Funeral Home.

11:46am Officers checked the welfare of a customer at an establishment in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

11:47am Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 600 block of East Warren Street.

1:27pm One income tax summons was served at the police department.

1:30pm A traffic citation was issued in the area of East Mansfield and Walnut Streets.

1:41pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

3:38pm Officers assisted a resident experiencing mental issues in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:54pm Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the area of Lucas Street and Hopley Avenue.

4:41pm An employee at Walmart turned in a counterfeit $20 to officers.

5:38pm Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 800 block of East Irving Street.

5:59pm A verbal warning for trespassing on the railroad tracks was issued in the area of Water Street.

6:00pm A suspicious vehicle parked in the Family Dollar parking lot was investigated. The driver was waiting to pick someone up.

6:11pm Three individuals were stopped in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. Fredrick Cowgill, 42, was arrested for falsification and possession of drug paraphernalia , Jason Gernert, 32, for an active arrest warrant and drug offenses and Daniel Fowler, 22, was arrested for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Two of the individuals are being held at the Crawford County Justice Center.

7:07pm A report of kids smoking in the alley behind the 500 block of South Walnut Street was received. The kids left the area before officers arrived.

7:41pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of East Mansfield and Whetstone Streets.

7:50pm Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

11:41pm A report of people yelling in the 900 block of Reid St. was investigated.

12:18am A traffic warning was given in the area of Whetstone Street and Auto Avenue.

12:25am A report of loud music and yelling in the 800 block of Wilbur Street was investigated.

12:42am Officers on patrol investigated 2 suspicious males walking in the area of Plymouth and Maple Streets.

1:05am Donald E. Breckenridge, 43, was arrested on three warrants out of Crawford County. He was issued a court date and released.

1:42am A resident in the 200 block of North Poplar Street reported his son being harassed via the internet.

1:52am Officers assisted a female in a dispute over a cell phone in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

2:48am Officers investigated a disturbance behind City Lot three.

4:28am Officers responded to an alarm in the 100 block of East Rensselaer Street.

10:49am Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Wayne Avenue.

11:30am A private property accident in the 500 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

12:40pm Officers assisted a female with mental issues in the 400 block of North Lane Street.

12:45pm A report of a disturbance in the 100 block of Iron Street was investigated.

12:47pm A false alarm was received from the 1300 block of Isaac-Beal Road.

3:00pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of her vehicle in the 800 block of Kaler Avenue.

3:06pm Multiple 9-1-1 hang up calls from the 400 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

3:30pm An employee at Kroger Fuel Station reported a vehicle driving off without paying for fuel.

3:57pm A Bucyrus resident reported cash stolen from her vehicle while parked in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.

4:04pm A Bucyrus resident reported her purse stolen from a vehicle in City Lot three last night.

4:21pm A subject came to the police department to speak to an officer about a custody concern. He was advised of the proper authorities to follow up.

4:35pm Officers checked the area of Aumiller Park after receiving a complaint of a person in a scary bunny costume scaring the children. The bunny had left the area before officers arrived.

4:41pm A resident in the 600 block of East Charles Street reported her ATM card stolen and used and her son’s written prescriptions stolen.

5:55pm A report of a go cart on the streets was investigated in the area of East Warren and Iron Streets.

6:06pm Officers assisted EMS personnel at a residence in Bucyrus Plaza.

7:06pm Traffic citation issued for driving under suspension in the 1600 block of East Mansfield Street.

7:10pm A report of k ids in the cargo area of a Jeep in the 500 block of Woodlawn Avenue was received.

7:18pm A report of a suspicious vehicle at Duke and Duchess was investigated.

7:23pm An employee at Kroger Fuel Station reported a gas drive off from the business.

7:28pm A report of a syringe in the area of East Mansfield Street and Highland Avenue was investigated. Officers were unable to locate the syringe.

7:44pm A disturbance between neighbors was investigated in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street.

7:50pm A resident in the 500 block of Failor Street reported being threatened by someone she knows.

8:19pm Officers retrieved some prescription medication from the clothing drop box outside the VFW.

9:04pm Officers served two city income tax summonses in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street.

9:38pm Hunter Ryan, 20, Pennsylvania, was arrested for aggravated menacing. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

10:20pm A resident in the 100 block of West Mary Street reported her flower garden vandalized.

10:55pm Officers investigated a domestic issue in the 300 block of East Oakwood Avenue.

11:15pm A male was cited for driving under suspension in the 1700 block of Hopley Avenue.

11:29pm A verbal traffic warning was given in the Hopley Avenue area.

11:38pm A male reported property stolen from his vehicle while parked in the 800 block of Elm Street.

12:01am A verbal traffic warning was given in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Quaker Road.

12:17am Shantel Banks, 25, was arrested on four Crawford County warrants. She was issued a court date and released.

12:44am A verbal traffic warning was given in the 1700 block of Tiffin Street.

1:08am A verbal traffic warning was given in the 2100 block of East Mansfield Street.

1:51am A male was cited for driving under suspension in the 1800 block of Marion Road.

1:51am William Johnson, 21, was arrested for possession of an open container of alcohol. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released with a court date.

1:55am A resident in the 800 block of Woodlawn Avenue reports someone was trying to get in his back door. Officers searched the area and did not locate anyone.

2:08am A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for breaking and entering. He was taken to the Seneca County Juvenile Detention Center to be held for a court appearance.

2:12am A report of a male yelling in the 100 block of West Oakwood Avenue was investigated.

3:13am A breaking and entering in the 1200 block of Sherwood Drive was investigated.

6:08am A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 800 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.

9:42am An injury accident was reported on Warren Street at Highland Avenue.

11:24am A report of illegal dumping was reported in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

11:57am A vandalism was reported in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

1:07pm A child was bitten by a dog in the 100 block of Wiley Street.

2:57pm A report of two junk vehicles was investigated in the 600 block of East Warren Street.

3:03pm Lloyd Weaver, 28, was arrested in the 1200 block of Orra Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date to appear and released.

3:08pm Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.

3:58pm A false alarm was investigated in the 200 block of West Charles Street.

4:45pm A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested for breaking and entering. He was taken to the Seneca County Juvenile Detention Center to be held for a court appearance.

6:28pm Officers checked the welfare of a child in the 1300 block of Willard St.

6:55pm Joseph Orewiler,30 , was arrested in the area of Poplar and Tiffin Streets on a charge of domestic violence. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

7:16pm Officers investigated a report of kids throwing rocks at vehicles in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.

7:24pm Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 200 block of Penn Avenue.

7:29pm Officers investigated a report of possible drug use at Aumiller Park.

7:39pm A report of people swimming at Outhwaite Reservoir was investigated.

7:45pm A 13-year-old juvenile was reported as a runaway. He was later found at the home of a family member.

8:28pm A disturbance in the 100 block of Whetstone Street was investigated.

8:52pm Officers assisted Bucyrus Fire Department on Schaber Avenue.

9:13pm Officers investigated a report of people yelling in the Woodrow Avenue area.

12:36am Jessica Dugas, was arrested in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue on charges of menacing and criminal damaging. She was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
