1:37 p.m.-A resident in the 200 block of Orange Street reported being the victim of a scam. The incident is under investigation.

2:51 p.m.- A resident in the 400 block of North Columbus Street reported that someone had opened a cell phone account in their name.

5:13 p.m.-Brian Watson was issued a citation in the 200 block of Portland Way North for not using truck routes.

5:38 p.m.-A citation was issued to Tracey Kinney for expired tags in the 200 block of Harding Way East.

6:21 p.m.-A report of a theft in the 200 block of North Washington Street was investigated.

11:08 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person at Moto Mart was investigated.

11:30 p.m.-A resident in the 400 block of Sherman Street found a spoon and needle on the sidewalk near their residence and turned it over to police for proper disposal.

9:28 p.m.-Bonnie L. Hart, 35, Galion, was arrested in the 700 block of Carter Drive on a theft charge.

March 19

8:28 a.m.-A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested in the 300 block of Sherman Street on a charge of domestic violence.

11:50 a.m.-Jared M. Thompson, 24, Galion, was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.
