7:54am Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 800 block of Prospect Street.

10:01am An accident report was taken in the 200 block of West Charles Street.

10:28am A false alarm was received from the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

11:31am A false alarm was received from the 700 block of Gay Street.

11:35am Officers took a private property accident report in the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street.

12:09pm Howard Gallagher, Bucyrus, was arrested in the area of Harmon Field on a warrant out of Richland County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await transport to Richland County.

1:30pm Officers picked up a used syringe in the 800 block of Maple Street.

1:29pm Angel Bloomfield, Bucyrus, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 800 block of Prospect Street. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

1:34pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 400 block of South Spring Street.

2:46pm A false alarm in the 1100 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

2:49pm A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to speak to an officer about a bad check he received.

3:24pm Officers assisted Crawford County deputies by passing along a warning for speeding in a school zone after they received a complaint from around Wynford.

3:38pm A jail release notification was made in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue.

4:00pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of her vehicle in the 1000 block of High Street.

5:02pm Officers stood by for a civil custody exchange in the 700 block of Beverly Drive.

5:43pm A report of kids throwing rocks at cars on East Mansfield Street was investigated.

6:23pm A syringe found in the 100 block of West Charles Street was picked up by officers for disposal.

6:53pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Walmart.

7:39pm A report of an intoxicated male in the 1100 block of East Southern Avenue was investigated.

7:39pm Jeremy Alspach, 38, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and Marijuana Paraphernalia. He was issued minor misdemeanor citations for both charges and transported to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for investigation on further felony charges.

8:11pm A resident in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue reported her food stamp card stolen and a phone broken by someone she knows.

9:33pm Officers responded with EMS personnel to Heartland of Bucyrus for an unknown medical emergency.

9:55pm A disturbance between neighbors was investigated in the 200 block of West Warren Street.

9:56pm A report of a barking dog in the 100 block of North Highland Avenue was investigated.

10:13pm A report of a group of juveniles around a building in the area of Walnut and Rensselaer Streets was investigated.

10:27pm A report of loud music in the 300 block of Iron Street was investigated.

10:46pm Officers assisted a State Trooper in the East Mansfield Street area.

10:48pm Officers responded to an alarm in the 1100 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

11:05 Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

Feb. 19

12:30am A verbal traffic warning was given in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

12:49am A verbal traffic warning was given in the Plymouth Street area.

1:33am Officers investigated a hang up 9-1-1 call in the 400 block of West Charles Street.

2:13am A disturbance in the 200 block of West Warren Street was investigated.

5:42am A parking citation was issued in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Mary Street.

6:37am A report of a barking dog in the 300 block of Wallace Avenue was investigated.
