Feb. 10

8:22am A motorist was given a warning for speeding in the 100 block of West Charles Street.

9:42am Officers assisted Life Support in the 100 block of Williams Street.

10:56am A Prospect Street resident reported a possible construction scam.

12:01pm Officer assisted a motorist locked out of a car at the post office.

12:43pm A domestic dispute in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue was mediated.

2:07pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lock-out in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

2:17pm A report of a possible impaired driver was investigated. The driver was not located.

3:16pm A report of a barking dog in the 100 block of Dudley Street was unfounded.

4:47pm A report of an unconscious driver stopped in the roadway on Woodlawn Avenue was investigated. The driver was fine, but had fallen asleep while waiting for a train to pass through the area.

8:58pm Officers spoke to a resident who had some questions about her alarm system.

9:05pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 400 block of South Spring Street.

11:07pm Kyle Baldwin, 22, was arrested on an active warrant out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

Feb. 11

1:04am A parking citation was issued in the 600 block of East Charles Street.

1:08am A parking citation was issued in the 400 block of East Charles Street.

1:40am A parking citation was issued in the 600 block of West Warren Street

2:06am Officers on patrol investigated a vehicle with the alarm going off in the 1400 block of Cullen Avenue. The owner was contacted and the alarm shut off.

6:14am A traffic warning was given in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

6:21am A traffic citation was issued in the 100 block of West Southern Avenue.
