Here is a photo from the Jan. 18, 1979 edition of the Galion Inquirer. In it, Rich Henry and his family were shown ice skating at the tennis court located on the east side of Heise Park. The city would flood the tennis court in the winter for ice skating. Today, the tennis court is used for parking.
