For the past 12 years, Bob Zeisler has worked to help the Galion City School District provide a great education for students. On Thursday, December 17, Zeisler’s name was called for the final time during the regular meeting of the Galion City School District Board of Education.

“Bob has been an integral part of the growth and development of this district the last 12 years,” Board of Education President Jennifer Kuns said. “He brings a different perspective to the board, and I have appreciated his point of view on many tough issues.”

During his twelve years, Zeisler has seen many changes in the Galion City School District. But the one thing that hasn’t changed for him is his focus on making decisions that have the most positive impact on students.

“I would like to thank Bob for his twelve years of service to the Galion City School District,” Superintendent Jim Grubbs said. “In the short time I’ve worked with Bob, it is apparent that he has always based his decisions on what was best for kids. I appreciate all of his years of dedication and leadership to the students, staff and community.”
