Bucyrus High School will host a special pep rally for students and community members Dec. 2. The “Glow Rally” will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Alex Kish Memorial Gymnasium.

Glow in the dark items will be handed out to students and community members who attend the event. The High School band and choir, along with the winter sports teams, will be involved in the event.

“We want to turn the gym into a glow in the dark extravaganza,” organizer David Smith said. “The rally is being held to boost spirit and pride in the Bucyrus City Schools.”

Businesses in the Bucyrus community have shown their support through sponsorships. Bucyrus Elks #156, First Federal Community Bank, Bucyrus Athletic Boosters, Bucyrus City Schools Staff and Martin & Stone, LLC have contributed to help make this a great event for the Bucyrus community.
