9:55am A subject was assisted in entering his locked vehicle in the 600 block of Hopley Ave.

10:57am A report of an unruly child was mediated by and officer in the 600 block of Beverly Dr.

11:12am Officers checked an unsecured building.

11:24am An E. Mary St. resident reported vandalism to his vehicle.

12:12pm Officers stopped to check on a semi-truck sitting in the 1200 block of E. Mansfield St.

12:23pm A report of a barking dog in the 300 block of S. Spring St. was investigated.

12:47pm Officers were called back to the 300 block of S. Spring St. in reference to the barking dog.

1:12pm A theft was reported in the 1600 block of E. Mansfield St.

1:20pm Officers assisted Children Services in the 100 block of N. Spring St.

2:09pm Two income tax summons were served on station.

2:19pm A false alarm was received from the 400 block of Sears St.

2:54pm A syringe found in the area of E. Mansfield and Mary Street was retrieved by an officer for disposal.

3:25pm Officers checked on a residence with an open door on Wayne Avenue. Owner was contacted, nothing was amiss and the residence was secured.

3:46pm A resident in the 800 block of Clay Street reported a theft of a shovel and television.

3:53pm Officers checked S. Sandusky Avenue attempting to locate a vehicle for OSP.

3:55pm A resident in the 500 block of E. Mansfield Street reported a stolen PlayStation 4.

4:25pm A report of an unlicensed RTV on the roadway around Washington Square was unfounded.

4:49pm A 9-1-1 hang up call from the area of Tiffin and Bland Avenue was investigated. No one was located in the area needing assistance.

7:10pm A report of kids walking in the roadway on Highland Avenue was unfounded.

7:20pm Officers attempted to check the welfare of a resident in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue.

7:53pm Officers spoke to a resident in the 300 block of W. Mansfield Street about a landlord/tenant dispute.

8:12pm Officers investigated a report of a vacant building with lights on and a door open.

8:19pm A group of people at the Bucyrus Elementary School playground were warned for trespassing on the property.

8:23pm A report of a possible intoxicated male stumbling on the sidewalk on N. Sandusky Avenue was investigated. The male was located and released to a sober adult.

11:05pm A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of S. Spring St. was investigated.

11:56pm A male was given a warning for riding a bicycle with no lights at night.

12:17am A report of a group of suspicious persons at Woodbine Apts. was investigated.

1:54am A set of keys found in the 1800 block of Marion Rd. was turned over to an officer and returned to the owner.

1:56am A report of an assault in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. is under investigation.

2:12am Officers assisted a female with an unruly juvenile in the 700 block of N. Lane St.

2:43am A traffic warning was given in the area of N. Sandusky Ave. and Franklin.

10:38am A motorist was given a warning ticket for speed on Beal Ave.

12:05pm Officers assisted a subject in entering his locked vehicle in the 400 block of S. Walnut St.

1:29pm A report of suspicious persons in the East Pointe Shopping Center was investigated.

2:45pm A report of someone riding a dirt bike on the roadway on Willard Street was investigated.

3:02pm Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 600 block of W. Mansfield Street.

3:05pm A theft was reported in the 1500 block of E. Mansfield St.

3:16pm A resident in the 300 block of E. Charles Street reported her vehicle taken without her permission. The vehicle was returned before officers arrived.

5:04pm Officers assisted an employee of O’Reilly’s with a vehicle lockout in the parking lot.

5:17pm A report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of E. Rensselaer Street was investigated.

5:27pm Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at Lions Field.

5:48pm A resident on Reid Street reported a group of kids throwing apples at his vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicle.

6:11pm A domestic disturbance in the 800 block of S. Highland Avenue was investigated.

6:12pm A disturbance in the 1000 block of Reid Street was investigated.

6:27pm A resident in the 700 block of Hopley Avenue reported theft of a washer and dryer.

8:11pm A domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of E. Mansfield Street was investigated.

8:51pm Mindy Hildreth, 35, was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication in the 600 block of N. Sandusky Ave. She was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

9:21pm A traffic warning was issued on Grandview Drive.

9:33pm A resident in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue reported theft of electronics.

11:08pm Officers responded to a domestic issue in the 1700 block of E. Mansfield St.

11:31pm A report of 2 suspicious males at Walmart was investigated.

Nov. 8

12:02am A report of a fight near the Horseshoe bar was investigated.

12:06am Officers responded to a domestic argument in the 300 block of E. Mansfield St. Preston Ley, 33, and Cassandra Hessey, 34, were arrested for domestic violence. They were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

12:23am A report of a fight near the Horseshoe was investigated. The subjects left the area.

12:57am A report of a male trespassing at a residence at Morgan Manor was checked and the subject left without incident.

1:00am A report of a female refusing to leave a residence in the 400 block of N. Lane St. was resolved when the subject left voluntarily.

2:05am A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of W. Mansfield St. was investigated.

2:17am A traffic warning was given in the 200 block of E. Mary St.

2:45am Officers spoke to a resident at Woodbine Apts. about a neighborhood dispute.

2:48am A report of a loud party in the 1400 block of Cullen Court was investigated.

3:53am Officers conducted a welfare check in the 1700 block of E. Mansfield St.

6:14am A report of a fight in the 500 block of S. East St. was unfounded.

7:45am Officers assisted the Sheriff’s Deputies in the 600 block of N. Sandusky Ave. identifying a subject.

8:18am Officers investigated a report of hit-skip in the Kroger parking lot.

8:20am Officers spoke to a motorist in the 100 block of E. Charles St.

8:45am A report of a 9-1-1 hang-up in the Walnut & Woodlawn St. area was checked upon.

10:03am Officers assisted a motorist with a vehicle lockout in the 1700 block of Marion Rd.

11:27am Officers served a summons for theft to Kevin Jaynes, 40, Bucyrus, after he was stopped in a vehicle he was traveling in. Traffic citation was issued to the driver on N. Sandusky Ave. near Franklin St.

12:08pm A 9-1-1 open line in the 800 block of S. Spring St. was checked upon.

12:19pm Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 1100 block of S. Walnut St.

1:06pm Officers investigated an animal call in the 1200 block of Reid St.

1:07pm Officers assisted the County Dog Warden in the 1000 block of E. Beal Ave.

1:39pm A parking complaint in the 400 block of E. Rensselaer St. was investigated.

2:10pm Officers assisted a motorist with directions in the 700 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

2:25pm A private property accident in the Bucyrus Plaza area was investigated.

3:07pm Officers delivered a message in the 100 block of Emerson St.

2:14pm Karl Frizzell, 54, Bucyrus, was arrested for domestic violence in the 100 block of E. Liberty St.

3:17pm A report of a theft in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. was investigated.

3:19pm Kroger employees reported gasoline not paid for at the Kroger Fuel Stop. The subject later returned to pay.

4:48pm Officers spoke to an unruly juvenile in the 600 block of E. Rensselaer.

5:25pm A one car injury accident in the 800 block of S. Sandusky Ave. was investigated

10:15pm A report of people standing in the roadway on Hopley Avenue was investigated. No one was located in the area.

10:42pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Marion and Southern Avenue.

Nov. 9

12:22am A traffic warning was issued in the area of E. Southern and Rogers Street.

1:57am An intoxicated male was escorted from Crossroads Blvd. and turned over to a sober adult for the night.

4:57am A false alarm in the 100 block of Brookside Drive was received.
