8:33 a.m. – A resident in the 400 block of Harding Way West reported being scammed for $300. The incident is under investigation.

11:58 a.m. – A non-injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of South Street.

2:33 p.m. – A city employee from the utility department reported a theft of services in the 400 block of Kroft Street.

2:57 p.m. – A resident in the 200 block of South Pierce Street reported their residence had been entered and ransacked at a door was kicked in.

5 p.m. – An assault in the 200 block of South Pierce Street was investigated.
