7:04am A false alarm was received in the 500 block of Jones St.

7:15am A welfare check was requested on S. Spring St.

7:28am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in City lot 4.

8:35am Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Schaber Av. and served two income tax summons at the residence.

8:39am A welfare check was requested on W. Irving St. Dustin Angel, 29, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant while officers were investigating a domestic in the 300 block of W. Irving St. He was transported to Crawford County Justice center.

9:07am A disturbance was investigated in the 100 block of River St.

11:27am A welfare check was requested on N. Spring St.

12:27pm A report was made of a trespasser at a trailer in the 200 block of Whetstone St.

12:29pm A welfare check was requested on Cleland Av.

1:20pm A report of a young child riding a skateboard in the street was made on Songer Av. The child’s parent was watching her.

2:09pm A disturbance due to an unwelcome subject at an apartment at Bucyrus Plaza was resolved with the subject returning to their own apartment.

2:11pm A parking complaint was investigated on Earl St. The vehicle had left the area.

2:14pm A report of a refrigerator stolen from rental property on Hill St. was taken.

3:21pm A false alarm was investigated in the 100 block of Iron St.

4:05pm A domestic dispute was found to be a verbal argument in the 2k00 block of Bland Av.

4:19pm A welfare check was requested on N. Spring St. and a message was delivered.

4:29pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 1000 block of Robinhood Dr.

4:33pm A vandalism was reported in the 100 block of N. Lane St.

5:00pm A disturbance was resolved the 600 block of N. Sandusky Av.

5:11pm Officers assisted with a civil stand by at the police department.

6:20pm A report of a child playing in the roadway on Faustina Ave. was unfounded.

6:39pm A disturbance in the 1100 Tiffin St. was investigated.

7:07pm A vehicle driving erratically with an unsecure door was checked in the 400 block of S. Sandusky Av. Warning issued for vehicle equipment.

7:29pm A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of W. Mansfield St.

7:27pm Thirteen year old Madison Kildow was reported missing/runaway. She is 5ft tall, 85 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a green Mountain Dew sweatshirt and blue jeans.

7:48pm An unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported in the 300 block of E. Charles St. The vehicle was later returned.

8:14pm Officers assisted with a civil stand by at the police department.

8:20pm A report of two suspicious people in the 1400 block of Home Circle was investigated.

8:50pm A report of a fight and possibly intoxicated driver in the 900 block of Hopley Ave. was investigated. One female involved was arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

8:56pm A report of juveniles tampering with mailboxes in the 1000 block of Lavina Av. was investigated.

9:22pm A report of an intoxicated male in the area of Spring and Warren was investigated.

9:34pm Officer checked on a report of possible trespassing on Orra St. Lloyd Weaver, 28, was arrested in the 1200 block of Orra St. on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

9:39pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 700 block of Plymouth St.

10:55pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.

Oct. 22

12:06am Officers spoke to a male on station about a civil protection order issue he was having.

12:29am A resident in the 1200 block of Michigan Dr. reported his 14 year old daughter had run away. She was located and returned home.

1:16am Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious female in the 800 block of S. Poplar St.

4:10am Officers assisted a resident in the 600 block of Plymouth St. removing a bat from her home.
