1:17 a.m. — A Harding Way East resident reported money stolen from a bank account.

3:30 p.m. — A woman cited for speeding in a school zone on Heise Park Lane.

4:05 p.m. — A trailer and building were reportedly vandalized on Fairview Avenue.

Saturday, Oct. 5

12:55 p.m. — A garbage can was reported stolen by a South Market Street resident.

3:35 p.m. — A 41-year-0ld Galion woman was arrested for assault and falsification, Also a man was arrested on a warrant in the 600 block of West Church Street.

8:26 p.m. — A domestic dispute was reported in the 800 block of Harding Way East.

Sunday, Oct. 6

12:05 a.m. — Galion’s K-9 unit was used to search for missing kids in the South Boston Street area.

1:28 a.m. — A hit-skip accident was reported in the 200 block of Harding Way East.

10:05 a.m. — One person received a warning for disorderly conduct after a disturbancein the 200 block of South Street.

10:14 a.m. — A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of South Market Street.

4:15 p.m. — A possible breaking and entering was reported 300 block of Fifth Avenue.

Monday, Oct. 7

12:44 p.m. — A report of child abuse is being investigated.

2:07 p.m. — A debit card was reported stolen on Third Avenue.

5:35 p.m. — A possible breaking and entering was reported in the 200 block of West Parson Streetd.

7:30 p.m. — Police received a report of a dog being abused in the 800 block of Harding Way East.

Tuesday, Oct. 8

4:30 p.m. — Two people were issued warnings for criminal trespass after an incident in 100 block of North Riblet Street.

5:03 p.m. — One person was issued a warning after police received a report of a dog running at-large in the 200 block of South Pierce Street.

9:59 p.m. — A possible overdose was reported in the 300 block of South Street.

Wednesday, Oct. 9

7:55 a.m. — Officers assisted with a crash on Ohio 309 at Monnett-New Winchester Road.

8:46 a.m. — Police received a report of a man outside yelling and throwing things on South Street.

10:45 a.m. — A purse and bank card was reported stolen.

1:57 p.m. — A traffic flagger was reportedly hit by a car on Harding Way West. The flagger was not injured, but a vehicle was.

2:40 p.m. — A domestic dispute was reported in the 100 block of South Riblet Street.

4:25 p.m. — A civil standby was conducted in the 100 block of South Riblet Street.

4:43 p.m. — A parent reported a child being bullied at school.

5:23 p.m. — A resident in the 300 block of Carmel Avenue reported that someone keeps knocking on their door during the night.

7:11 p.m. — A report of kids playing in the street in the East Atwood Street area was investigated. The parent was advised that the children need supervision at all times.

Thursday, Oct. 3

12:45 a.m. — A Harding Way East resident reported a cell phone stolen.

10:34 a.m. — One person was arrested on an assault charged after police responded to a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Kroft Street.

12:23 p.m. — A person trying to repossess a vehicle was reportedly threatened in the 400 block of Hensley Avenue.

3:21 p.m. — A cell phone was found on the sidewalk near Grant Street and North Market Street.

4:32 p.m. — Police received a report of a dispute between a landlord and tenant on Mackey Street.

7:45 p.m. — Officers assisted Juvenile Court authorities at Heise Park.
