7:03am Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Hopley Av.

10:08am Officers stood by for a property exchange in the 400 block of Hopley Av.

11:04am A Charles St. resident reported damage to his vehicle caused by rocks that fell from the railroad overpass on S. Highland Ave.

11:43am Officers investigated a report of suspicious persons in the 900 block of Whetstone St. It was a contractor checking on the property.

12:09pm Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 600 block of S. Walnut St.

12:34pm A report of a possible child abuse was made and is being investigated.

1:08pm A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of S. Spring St.

3:00pm Two income tax summons were served at the Police Department.

3:01pm A three car crash was investigated at Hopley and East St. One citation was issued and one vehicle was towed. EMS responded for a minor injury to one of the involved parties.

3:20pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

5:22pm Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of Hopley Av.

5:57pm A possible protection order violation was investigated.

6:33pm A Wingert St. resident reported a theft.

6:39pm A disturbance in the 900 block of S. Highland was investigated.

7:14pm A report of a juvenile being assaulted was taken at the Police Department.

7:50pm A wallet turned in to the Police Department was returned to the owner.

8:13pm Officers checked on a reportedly suspicious person in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Av.

8:28pm A traffic warning was issued in the 100 block of S. Lane St.

8:51pm Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Warren St. A male was arrested on charges of selling, distributing drugs. He was issued a criminal summons and released with a pending court appearance.

8:58pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 200 block of Songer Av.

10:59pm An open line 9-1-1 call in the area of E. Beal Ave. and S. Walnut St. was not an emergency.

11:33pm Officers investigated a hit-skip accident involving a parked vehicle in the area of Prospect St. and Short St.

Sept. 30

12:42am Officers responded to an alarm in the 900 block of Marion Rd. It was a false alarm.

5:29am Officers responded to a medical alarm at Bucyrus Manor. The individual was fine.

5:44am A resident in the 500 block of S. Walnut St. reported medication stolen.
