7:02am A report of a trespasser in the 1200 block of Reid St. was resolved.

7:44am Officers investigated a 911 open line call in the 900 block of Maple St. The call was unfounded.

8:09am A Forest Hills Ct. resident reported their unlocked vehicle entered overnight. Change was reported missing.

8:12am Officers are investigating a theft in the 1600 block of Marion Rd.

8:55am A private property parking lot accident report was taken in the 100 block of Hill St.

9:28am Officers assisted a truck driver who was having trouble with the city detours.

9:56am A Tiffin St. resident reported his vehicle entered overnight. Nothing was reported missing.

10:37am Officers assisted Crawford County Children Services in the 1400 block of Cullen Ave.

12:14pm Officers assisted a complainant who was identifying stolen property from a previously reported theft.

12:20pm A dispute involving a contractor in the 200 block of W. Mansfield St. was mediated.

12:24pm Officers assisted with traffic control in the area of the theater demolition. A delivery van that was lost was escorted back to its route.

2:21pm A report of possible child endangerment was investigated.

2:27pm A Allen Ave resident reported their unlocked vehicle entered overnight. Change was reported missing.

2:28pm Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person suspected of shoplifting in the 100 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

2:59pm A report of a fight in the area of Bucyrus Plaza was unfounded. The parties had returned to their apartments.

3:08pm Officers spoke with a female on station regarding threatening messages.

3:18pm A false alarm was received from the 700 block of W. Warren St.

4:03pm A parking complaint in the 900 block of Rogers St. was checked and the owner moved the vehicle.

4:14pm A E. Oakwood Ave. resident reported their unlocked vehicle entered overnight. Change and a staple gun were reported missing. She also report a bike had been abandoned at her residence.

4:16pm A Forest Hills Ct. resident reported their unlocked vehicle entered overnight, and a bicycle stolen from their yard. The bicycle matched the description of the bike left on E. Oakwood Ave. The bike was returned to its owner.

5:35pm A report of suspicious vehicles on E. Beal Ave. at a factory was checked.

6:48pm Officer responded to a report of a female shoplifter at Sunoco.

7:55pm Officers assisted with an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of E. Mary St.

8:31pm Officers conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of N. Lane St.

8:33pm Officers picked up property that was left in the 200 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

8:48pm Brandon J. Starlin, 29, was arrested on 3 warrants out of Crawford County. He was issued with a date to appear in court and released.

9:12pm A resident in the 400 block of E. Warren St. reported a bicycle stolen.

9:55pm Officers picked up an abandoned bicycle in the 200 block of N. Walnut St.

9:59pm A report of a barking dog in the 400 block of Plymouth St. was unfounded.

10:22pm Officers spoke to a resident on station who was having some issues with a neighbor.

10:29pm A report of a male yelling at Bucyrus Plaza was checked and all was quiet.

11:48pm A report of a female yelling in the area of S. Spring St. and W. Southern Ave. was checked and all was quiet.

Aug. 26

12:20am Officers on patrol checked on a reported suspicious male walking in the area of Euclid Ave. and S. Poplar St.

12:48am Officers assisted a Crawford County Deputy in the 1300 block of E. Southern Ave. locating an individual.

1:25am Officers served a city income tax summons in the 300 block of S. Lane St.

2:44am Officers assisted Life Support in the area of W. Mansfield St. and Spring St.

5:16am A false alarm in the 200 block of Brentwood Dr. was investigated.

5:20am A traffic warning was given in the 1800 block of W. Mansfield St.
