A special license plate featuring the Lincoln Highway logo was awarded to The Ohio Lincoln Highway Historic Byway.

The majority of funds from the license plate sales will be donated to the Ohio Lincoln Highway Heritage Corridor.

“Because of books, the TV series and movie mentions, just about everyone is familiar with Route 66,” said Lincoln Highway Executive Director Mike Hocker. “But the Lincoln Highway was built earlier, is much longer and had the greatest impact on the automotive culture we know today.”
