A syringe was found and disposed of by officers in the 200 block of North Union Street. 1:36 p.m.

A citation for a stop sign violation was issued to Tyler Buzzard when the vehicle he was driving was stopped by police in the 500 block of Wood Street. 7:47 p.m.

A syringe was found on the ground in front of a residence on Dawsett Avenue at First Avenue. It was properly disposed of by officers. 6:51 a.m.

A citation for expired tags was issued to Michael Kerr when the vehicle he was driving was stopped by police in the 400 block of South Street. 4:44 p.m.

Zachariah Zacharzuk was arrested on a Crawford County warrant when the vehicle he was riding in was stopped by police. He was issued a court date. 5:43 p.m.

David Imboden was arrested in the 300 block of South Market Street for theft of street signs. 8:39 p.m.

Shane Bittner was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 400 block of Harding Way W. 10:47 p.m.

Eva Snyder was issued a citation for expired plates when the vehicle she was driving was stopped by police in the 400 block of Grand Street. 2:24 p.m.

A report of two children bitten by a dog in the 200 block of Union Street was investigated. 3:50 p.m.

Jackie Eldridge was arrested in the Heise Park area on a Crawford County warrant. 11:11 p.m.
