June 2

11:59 a.m. — Someone flagged down an officer to report vandalism at Amann Reservoir. He told officers grass was torn up.

1:04 p.m. — A resident in the 100 block of Riblet Street called to complain about kids drawing on her property and throwing grass. Police didn’t find the kids.

3:07 p.m. — Galion police arrested a 20-year old Galion man on a warrant from Shelby Police Department.

4:26 p.m. — Police responded to a report on the 700 block of Charles Street of a dog running loose. Police told the owner of the dog to keep the animal in his yard.

6:02 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a man on the property of Signature Health Care who was stalking an employee. They took information and filed a report.

7:03 p.m. — An officers was flagged down in the 1000 block of Smith Street in reference to two young kids fighting. An officer spoke to the kids involved

8:48 p.m. — Police responded to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of West Atwood Street.

10:33 p.m. — Police responded to a report of suspicious vehicle at Powers Reservoir and determined it belonged to people fishing.

June 3

1:31 a.m. — Police responded to a report of loud music in the 300 block of Third Avenue. They cited an 18-year-old man for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:55 a.m. — Police responded to an alleged assault in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street. They transported a 52-year-old woman to the Crawford County jail.

10:28 a.m. — Police responded to a dog running loose in the 200 block of West Church Street. The dog’s owner said the animal had slipped the chain and he would remedy the situation.

14:34 a.m. — An ATM card was found about 2 p.m. near US Bank on Public Square.

5:22 p.m. — Medication was reported stolen from a residence in the 500 block of Galion Arms Court.

10:18 p.m. — Police responded to an alleged assault. No violation was scene.

June 4

12:53 a.m. — Police responded to an alleged breaking and entering in progress at Cedargate Apartments and could not find anything amiss at the residence.

1:54 p.m. — A drivers license found in a park was turned over to the police department.

5:09 p.m. — After responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of North Union Street, police arrested a 46-year-old woman for domestic violence.

June 5

11:49 a.m. — Police responded to a report of someone burning debris in the 300 block of East Parson Street. Officers explained about the city’s open burning laws and the resident said they would put no more debris on the fire.

5:30 p.m. — A woman received a traffic citation after she ran off the road and struck a mailbox in the 600 block of Portland Way South.

6:27 p.m. — Police investigated a disturbance in the area of Harding Way East and First Avenue. Several people were reportedly yelling at each other and traffic was backed up. One person was given a warning for disorderly conduct.

7:47 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a girl threatening suicide at a residence on Portland Way North.

9:29 p.m. — A cell phone was reported stolen from someone at Galion Public Library, 123 N. Market St.

June 1

9:16 a.m. — A debit card found in the 1700 block of S. Sandusky Ave. was brought to the station.

10:32 a.m. — Officers picked up possible drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of S. Spring. 1

11:14 a.m. — A report of a dog locked in a vehicle in the 200 block of W. Mary was investigated.

1:31 p.m. — Officers received a complaint of kids in the street on Hopley and Rogers. They were gone upon officers arrival.

4:07 p.m. — A verbal warning for trespass was issued to three subjects at the Bucyrus Elementary School.

4:41 p.m. — A resident in the 400 block of Norton Way reported money stolen from a vehicle.

4:47 p.m. — A 15-year-old girl was arrested on a juvenile warrant out of Crawford County. She was turned over to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.

5:07 p.m. — Officers spoke to a subject about a domestic issue in the 500 block of S. Sandusky.

5:15 p.m. — Both parties in a road rage incident spoke to officers on station.

5:44 p.m. — Officers and railroad personnel were made aware of multiple malfunctioning gates in town.

7:41 p.m. — A report of a disturbance between neighbors in the 700 block of W. Mary was investigated.

7:56 p.m. — A domestic dispute in the 700 block of Wilbur St. was investigated.

9:35 p.m. — A disturbance in the 100 block of Heritage Circle was investigated.

10:06 p.m. — Officers assisted a resident in the 900 block of Rogers St. with a bat in the house. Bucyrus Police Department

June 2

1:44 a.m. — Officers responded with EMS personnel to assist a 36yr old man who overdosed in the 200 block of Hopley Ave. He was transported to the ER for treatment.

9:20 a.m. — Officers investigated a two car, injury accident in the intersection of Mary and Poplar Streets. One driver was transported to the ER with minor injuries, the other driver was issued a citation.

1:18 p.m. — A report of a disturbance in the 900 block of Marion Rd. was investigated.

1:28 p.m. — Officers investigated a report of a breaking and entering in the 200 block of Bland Ave.

5:13 p.m. — Four income tax summons were served on Stetzer Road

7:07 p.m. — Officers responded to an overdose in the 100 block of E. Center St.

7:11 p.m. — Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 100 block of Stetzer Road

8:51 p.m. — A report of loud music was investigated in the 500 block of W. Warren St.

9:25 p.m. — Officers assisted the ER staff at Bucyrus Community Hospital with a patient.

9:38 p.m. — A theft report was taken in the 900 block of Elm St.

June 3

1:13 a.m. — A report of a person passed out in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. was investigated.

2:51 a.m. — A 30-year-old was arrested in the area of Washington Square and charged with assault. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

1:11 p.m. — A report of smoke coming from Ohio Drive turned out to be a resident burning furniture. The resident was warned against burning in the city and the furniture was extinguished.

2:55 p.m. — Officers assisted with a disorderly person in the 600 block of N. Sandusky Av.

4:27 p.m. — A report of trashing being dumped in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield St. was investigated.

4:39 p.m. — A theft report was taken at the Police Department.

6:47 p.m. — A phone found in the area of N. Sandusky and Plymouth St .was turned over to officers.

8:39 p.m. — An 18-year-old man was arrested in the area of Home Circle Drive and Marion Road on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

8:46 p.m. — A theft report was taken in the 500 block of Hopley Avenue

8:59 p.m. — A vandalism report was taken in the 800 block of Beverly Drive.

June 4

1:45 a.m. — Officers assisted Life Support with an intoxicated male at Millennium Park.

11:52 a.m. — A possible fraud report was taken in the 300 block of Heritage Circle.

11:59 a.m. — A Fairview Ave resident reported her vehicle entered overnight, and her wallet missing.

3:23 p.m. — A report of a tree limb it the street was investigated in the 400 block of N. Walnut St.

3:50 p.m. — Officers investigated a drug complaint in the 200 block of E. Warren St.

5:28 p.m. — A burglary report was taken on Norton Way.

7:18 p.m. — An assault report was taken in the 1800 block of St. Rt. 4 North.

7:37 p.m. — A report of loud music was made in the 500 block of W. Warren St.

7:52 p.m. — A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the 500 block of Failor Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date to appear and released.

7:59 p.m. — Officers spoke to a person on station about a possible sex complaint.

9:01 p.m. — A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of Wilbur St.

9:52 p.m. — A report of suspicious people in Aumiller Park was investigated. The subjects were not located

10:55 p.m. — Officers are investigating a possible sex crime.

June 5

12:18 a.m. — A report of suspicious people in the 200 block of Woodlawn Ave. was investigated.

12:41 a.m. — Officers investigated a report of domestic problems in the 100 block of Woodlawn Ave.

6:05 a.m. — A 29-year-old Bucyrus man was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was given a court date and released.
