March 28

1:28 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

1:44 a.m.-A disturbance in the 00 block of North Columbus Street was investigated and two people were warned for disorderly conduct.

4:07 a.m.-Thomas L. Conners was arrested for criminal damaging in the West Atwood and Union Street area.

8:03 a.m.-Erik A. Weaver was issued a citation for possession of marijuana after officers were called to the 200 block of Portland Way North about a suspicious vehicle.

8:29 a.m.-An East Atwood Street resident reported tools stolen by someone they know.

11:14 a.m.-An ignition switch and some fuses were removed from one of the planes at Galion Municipal Airport.

11:26 a.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported that someone keyed their vehicle.

1:44 p.m.-Officers assisted with an unruly person at Galion Community Hospital.

3:21 p.m.-A bicycle found at South Park by employees of the city’s line department was turned over to police.

3:45 p.m.-A theft of a hoverboard was reported at Galion Flea Market.

4:37 p.m.-Meat from a freezer and a bicycle were reported stolen from a residence in the 500 block of South Market Street.

4:48 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 600 block of South Market Street was investigated.

5:06 p.m.-The attempted theft of a go-kart in the 1100 block of North Market Street was investigated.

5:11 p.m.-An injury accident was investigated in the 400 block of West Railroad Street. Diana Meyers was driving a vehicle that struck a utility pole, snapping it off onto the railroad tracks. Meyers was issued a citation and suffered minor injuries in the crash. The city’s line department was on the scene to fix the pole and Meyers’ vehicle was towed from the scene by Hensley Towing.

6:57 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated.

9:19 p.m.-Officers assisted the Galion Fire Department with a truck fire in the 500 block of Harding Way West.

11:12 p.m.-A report that someone stuffed a shirt in a sink and left the water running at South Park was investigated.

Bucyrus Police

March 28

7:00 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 500 block of Wedgewood Court.

8:20 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue.

9:40 a.m.- Officers investigated an injury accident in the area of Beal Avenue and Whetstone Street and both vehicles were disabled and towed from the scene.

2:21 p.m.- A 15-year-old Bucyrus girl was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County Juvenile Court. She was turned over to Juvenile Court authorities.

3:11 p.m.- A report of a possible burglary in the 900 block of South East Street was unfounded.

3:18 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 700 block of Rogers Street.

3:20 p.m.- A disturbance in the 700 block of North Lane Street was investigated.

3:36 p.m.- A report of a possible domestic dispute in the area of Bucyrus Plaza was unfounded.

3:48 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.

4:07 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

5:12 p.m.- An abandoned bicycle was picked up in the 200 block of Nauman Avenue and brought to the police department.

6:19 p.m.- Officer checked on a report of a vehicle driving on a restricted area at the reservoir. Juan Rosas, 21, was arrested in the area of Outhwaite Reservoir. He is charged with criminal mischief and driving under suspension. He was issued a court date to appear and released.

6:36 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a possible drug overdose in the 400 block of West Charles Street. The person received assistance from EMS.

7:05 p.m.- A report of a missing 7-year-old girl in the 1000 block of High Street was unfounded .

7:57 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 200 block of West Irving Street.

9:39 p.m.- A reported suspicious vehicle was checked in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

10:55 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Hill Street.

11:09 p.m.- A resident in the 800 block of Beverly Drive reported hearing noises and all was quiet in the area.

11:39 p.m.- Todd Nicholas, 26, was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for an appearance in court.

March 29

1:05 a.m.- A resident in the 300 block of Jump Street reported his green Pontiac Firebird stolen. The license plate of the vehicle is HBK1232.

4:56 a.m.- A South Lane Street resident reported her vehicle vandalized overnight.

5:17 a.m.- Officers on patrol located a vehicle with damage to it in the 800 block of Wingert Street. The owner of the vehicle was notified and a report taken.

6:15 a.m.- A resident in the 600 block of Ridge Avenue reported his vehicle vandalized overnight.

6:32 a.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check at Ridgewood Senior Villas.

6:43 a.m.- A resident in the 800 block of Grove Avenue reported his vehicle vandalized overnight.

6:50 a.m.- An East Oakwood Avenue resident reported her vehicle vandalized overnight.
