March 24

4:46 a.m.-A Cherry Street resident reported windows broken in their vehicle.

7:24 a.m.-A report of marijuana found in the parking lot of Geyer’s was investigated.

11:03 a.m.-A citation was issued to in the 800 block of South Street.

12:11 p.m.-A bad of needles and other drug paraphernalia was found in the Pine and Ash Street area and turned over to police.

1:40 p.m.-A Euclid Avenue resident reported that someone is using a credit card without their permission.

1:51 p.m.-A local resident reported being harassed in the 6400 block of Ohio 19.

2:42 p.m.-A citation was issued to Michael R. Lucas for not having a motorcycle endorsement and driving under suspension in the 400 block of Grand Street.

4:33 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Grove Avenue.

5:39 p.m.-A citation was issued to Flint Frank for speeding in the South Jefferson and Cherry Street area.

5:42 p.m.-A report of a possible overdose was investigated in the 200 block of Third Avenue.

6:24 p.m.-A report of a child bitten by a dog in the 900 block of Wedgewood Circle was investigated.

9:38 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted on children in the 200 block of South Market Street.

9:45 p.m.-A resident in the 100 block of Harding Way West reported receiving harassing phone calls and messages from someone he knows.

March 25

1:39 a.m.-A report of a suspicious woman in the 500 block of Second Avenue was investigated.

3:08 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

5:03 p.m.-A report of a suspicious male on the bridge in the 300 block of North Columbus Street.

10:22 a.m.-A report of a rock thrown at a vehicle in the 300 block of Cherry Street was investigated.

12:28 p.m.-Darrell Mcie Jr. was arrested in the 700 block of Harding Way East on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date and released.

1:36 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Easton Way led to the arrest of Michael N. Osborne, 44, Galion, on an active warrant out of the Mansfield Police Department and possession of drug abuse instruments. Officers met Mansfield Police Officers at the Galion Airport for transfer to Richland County.

2:35 p.m.-Dakota DeBord, 19, Galion, was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments and driving under suspension in the 800 block of South Street.

2:59 p.m.-A report of loud music in the 300 block of South Boston Street was investigated.

3:05 p.m.-A debit card found in the parking lot of Cedargate Apartments was turned over to police.

5:41 p.m.-A report that a dog bit a child in the 600 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.

6:28 p.m.-A report of two suspicious males in the 400 block of Laughbaum Drive led to the arrest of Troy Bowman on a Delaware Police Department warrant.

7:46 p.m.-Officers assisted with an unresponsive male in the 400 block of Harding Way East.

8:13 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated.

March 26

12:17 a.m.-Nicholas P. Davis, 37, Galion, was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana at Galion Community Hospital.

1:03 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

6:10 a.m.-A report of possible drug activity at East Park was investigated.

11:11 a.m.-A Cherry Street resident reported bricks thrown at their vehicle overnight.

1:30 p.m.-Trey Onie was issued a citation for driving under suspension and expired license plates in the Buehler Street area.

5:43 p.m.-A resident in the 1000 block of Bucyrus Road reported methadone stolen from their residence.

8:23 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a person in the 400 block of Sherman Street.

8:46 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street was investigated.

9:21 p.m.-A report of suspicious people in the 1200 block of Oliver Street was investigated.

9:30 p.m.-A domestic dispute was reported at the police department.

9:50 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of Dawsett Avenue.

11:47 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 400 block of Third Avenue with a resident that was non-responsive.

March 24

9:25 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of suspicious vehicles in the 1000 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

12:01 p.m.- A private property crash report was taken at Walmart.

12:10 p.m.- A domestic dispute in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

1:30 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

2:19 p.m.- A disturbance in the area of Wilbur and Sherman Streets was investigated.

3:38 p.m.- A domestic disturbance in the 100 block of East Kilbourne Drive was a verbal dispute resolved by one of the parties leaving.

3:50 p.m.- A disturbance between neighbors was reported in the 600 block of Kaler Avenue.

4:57 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle at Washington Square was investigated.

5:00 p.m.- A Bucyrus juvenile reported being assaulted by someone he knows. Officers are investigating.

5:47 p.m.- A report of people on the railroad tracks on the north end of town was investigated. No one was located in the area.

7:12 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel with a medical issue at Bucyrus Plaza.

8:25 p.m.- A disturbance in the 200 block of Plymouth Street was investigated.

8:38 p.m.- A 16-year-old Bucyrus girl was arrested for drug possession and she was released to a parent pending charges through Juvenile Court.

8:53 p.m.- Lorena Sensabaugh, 40, was arrested on two Crawford County warrants. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

10:33 p.m.- In the 200 block of East Mary Street, Cynthia Messmer, 27, was arrested on four Crawford County warrants. She was issued a date to appear in court and released. Also, Branden Kitzmiller, 29, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

11:18 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street.

11:49 p.m.- Officer conducted a traffic stop and Deborah Feichtner, 58, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 200 block of East Galen Street.

March 25

12:14 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of Beverly Drive.

12:24 a.m.- Officers warned a couple of people in reference to trespassing at Holy Trinity Church.

12:44 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the Bucyrus Plaza area and it was a verbal dispute.

1:31 a.m.- Officer responded to a trespassing complaint in the 100 block of Heritage Circle and Matthew Lambert, 36, Bucyrus, was arrested for possession of drugs.

1:43 a.m.- A dispute in the 100 block of Dudley Street was dispersed.

2:24 a.m.- A disturbance in the area of Whetstone Street and Hopley Avenue was dispersed.

2:41 a.m.- A disturbance in the area of Washington Square was dispersed.

8:21 a.m.- A report of damage to a fence in the 400 block of Charlotte Street was from a semi-tractor trailer.

8:48 a.m.- A report of two vehicles vandalized in the 200 block of Plymouth Street was investigated.

9:11 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street.

12:51 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of suspicious people in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

1:46 p.m.- A report of a patient at Bucyrus Community Hospital ER with a gunshot wound was investigated and it was an accidental discharge.

2:31 p.m.- A report of someone trespassing at Calvary Baptist Church was investigated.

3:01 p.m.- A report of an impaired customer driving away from Kroger was investigated.

3:31 p.m.- A minor private property collision between two vehicles at Ehrhart’s Party Store was investigated.

4:18 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver on South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

4:20 p.m.- A disturbance in the 1900 block of Whetstone Street was investigated.

4:34 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 1100 block of Whetstone Street.

6:59 p.m.- Two juveniles were warned for trespassing on the train tracks and train cars in the area off East Lucas Street.

7:24 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver in the 100 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

7:32 p.m.- A warning for loud music was issued in the 1100 block of Hopley Avenue.

7:56 p.m.- A report of possible child abuse was received and remains under investigation.

8:41 p.m.- A domestic disturbance in the 900 block of East Warren Street was investigated.

8:51 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the area of Woodlawn Avenue and Prospect Street.

10:47 p.m.- Officers mediated a domestic dispute in the 300 block of East Charles Street. Sheila Hart, 51, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

10:59 p.m.- Shaun Hall was arrested in the 300 block of Failor Avenue for a probation violation.

11:02 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated male walking in the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

11:07 p.m.- A report of a possible domestic issue in the 300 block of South East Street was a verbal dispute.

11:08 p.m.- A report of people yelling in the 800 block of South Spring Street was investigated.

11:23 p.m.- Officers are investigation a possible overdose and drug possession incident in the 900 block of Reid Street.

11:26 p.m.- A resident in the 900 block of East Warren Street reported hearing noises and an officer checked the area.

11:59 p.m.- A report of loud music in the 1100 block of Hopley Avenue was checked and the resident warned.

March 26

12:24 a.m.- A report of kids playing ball in the area of Beverly Drive and Wilber Street was investigated.

12:59 a.m.- A resident at Heritage Circle reported a window broken in his home and it was part of a domestic argument.

1:20 a.m.- A report of loud music in the area of Nauman and Auto Avenues was investigated.

2:06 a.m.- Officers conducted a walk through near Washington Square and all was calm.

4:19 a.m.- A report of loud music in the 200 block of Nauman Avenue was unfounded.

4:31 a.m.- A report of an assault in the 700 block of North Lane Street is under investigation.

2:31 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of an assault in the Lutz Drive area.

5:36 p.m.- Todd Kinn, 45, was arrested on three Crawford County warrants. He was issued a date to appear in court and released. A bike from a prior theft case was also returned to his custody.

7:26 p.m.- A one-vehicle injury accident in the area of West Southern Avenue and Spring Street was investigated. The motorist struck a curb and a tree. The motorist suffered a minor injury and EMS provided assistance. The vehicle was disabled and towed from the scene and the motorist was issued a citation for operating a vehicle under the influence.

8:05 p.m.- Officers responded with EMS personnel to a medical emergency in the 300 block of Clinton Street.

10:35 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident spoke to an officer at the police department about a domestic issue.

March 27

12:23 a.m.- A report of juveniles skateboarding in the 200 block of South Walnut Street was found to be adults and they were warned about noise.

1:40 a.m.- A domestic disturbance in the 1700 block of Marion Road was investigated.

2:36 a.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the Clark Station parking lot was investigated. It was someone just waiting for a ride.
