8:51am A vehicle was towed from the 300 block of Wiley St. for expired tags.

9:55am An open line 911 in the area of Penn and Auto was investigated. Officers were unable to locate the source.

10:54am A report of a dog left in a hot car in the 1500 block of N. Sandusky Ave was investigated. The dog was found to be ok as the windows of the vehicle had been left open.

1:54pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 300 block of W. Galen St.

3:12pm A subject spoke with officers on station reference a Landlord/tenant dispute.

3:34pm A Hopley Ave. resident was warned reference misuse of 911.

4:12pm A motorist was given a verbal warning for manner of driving in the area of Plymouth and Lane.

4:18pm A landlord/tenant dispute in the 600 block of E. Rensselaer was mediated.

4:30pm A N. Sandusky Ave. resident reported their home broken into sometime today.

4:59pm Officers spoke with a subject in the 100 block of Wayne Ave. reference a civil matter.

5:08pm An officer assisted a subject at CVS in getting their juvenile to leave the store.

5:57pm A standby was requested at City Hall for a child exchange.

6:29pm A false alarm in the 500 block of W. Warren St. was investigated.

6:43pm Officers responded to an accident in the Edgewood Dr. area.

7:58pm Angela Cary, 31, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She was issued with a minor misdemeanor citation and released with a pending court appearance.

8:43pm Abbigail Staats, 19, was arrested for domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await a court appearance.

8:58pm A report of vandalism in the 200 block of E. Rensselaer St. was investigated.

9:10pm A report of people yelling and throwing bottles in the 700 block of Beverly Dr. was investigated.

9:16pm A resident in the 1000 block of Hull Ave. reported being harassed by a neighbor.

9:47pm A report of a vehicle running over a barricade in the area of S. Sandusky and E. Rensselaer ST. was investigated.

10:28pm A verbal traffic warning was given in the area of Woodlawn Ave. and Whetstone St.

10:34pm A report of possible gunshots in the 300 block of E. Southern Ave. was investigated.

10:39pm Officers warned a resident in the 900 block of S. Walnut St. about setting off fireworks.

11:25pm A domestic issue was investigated on station.

12:05am A report of a patron refusing to leave an establishment near Washington Square was received.

12:50am A report of a fight near Washington Square was investigated.

1:15am Warren Hart, 41, was arrested on 2 warrants out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

1:34am A report of people yelling in the 200 block of E. Rensselaer St. was investigated.

1:36am A report of 2 suspicious males in the area of Gaius St. and N. Sandusky Ave. was investigated.

3:10am A 16 year old juvenile was arrested for curfew violation.

7:25am Officers took a minor traffic accident report at Sandusky and Charles Sts.

9:20am A report of an injured animal at Irving and Tiffin St. was investigated. The animal was not in the area upon officer’s arrival.

10:05am A Woodlawn Ave. resident reported her purse missing. It was last seen in the Kroger parking lot.

10:13am A private property accident report was taken in the 100 block of N. Poplar St.

11:51am A report of a suspicious person in the area of Ann and Sears Sts. was received. The subject was gone upon officer’s arrival.

12:03pm An abandoned bike was picked up in the 600 block of N. Lane St. and brought to the station.

12:04pm A UDF employee reported a gas drive off. The accused was spoken to and returned to take care of the matter.

12:08pm A message was delivered for Galion PD.

12:41pm A report of a dog left in a hot car in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Ave. was investigated. The dog was ok and the owner had just run into the business for a few minutes.

12:42pm A vehicle in the 200 block of Wiley St. was marked for 48 hour parking violation.

1:13pm Officers responded to a report of an injury accident on Kerstetter Rd. The accident was handled by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.

1:30pm A parking complaint in the 900 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was investigated.

1:36pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 100 block of S. Swigart St.

1:54pm A Beverly Dr. resident reported vandalism to her vehicle.

2:11pm A Reid St. resident reported a bicycle stolen from his front yard sometime since Friday evening.

3:33pm A false alarm on Home Circle Drive was investigated.

4:34pm An alarm and open door at Suburban Lanes was investigated.

5:05pm A written traffic warning was issued in the area of Lavina and Rosedale Avenue.

5:18pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Walmart.

6:01pm A report of a dog locked in a parked vehicle in the 900 block of E. Warren Street was investigated.

6:14pm A disturbance at Lions Park was investigated.

6:37pm Officers attempted to check the welfare of a resident at Woodbine Apartments.

6:40pm Officers spoke to a female at the Police Department about a civil property issue.

7:09pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Bucyrus Community Hospital.

7:10pm A parking complaint in the area of Lane and Rensselaer Street was investigated. The vehicle owner was located and the vehicle was moved.

7:43pm Natasha Bocan, 24, and Derek Bocan, 38, were both arrested on charges of Domestic Violence after reportedly assaulting each other. They were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

9:05pm A disturbance in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

9:21pm Officers responded to a parking complaint in the 500 block of Prospect Street.

9:34pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 1000 block of N. Sandusky Avenue.

9:51pm A verbal warning for loud music was issued in the 300 block of E. Charles Street.

10:43pm A report of fireworks being set off in the 1100 block of Hopley Ave.

11:04pm A report of fireworks being set off in the 400 block of E. Southern Ave. was investigated.

11:24pm Officers investigated an assault in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

July 26

12:35am A 16 year old boy was arrested for curfew violation.

1:24am Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 100 block of W. Mary St.

1:26am A W. Oakwood resident reported a laptop stolen from his vehicle while parked in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

2:10am Officers assisted a State Trooper on a traffic stop in the 100 block of W. Charles St.

2:17am Jamie Lester, 32, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was issued with a date to appear in court and released.

2:17am A report of a male striking a female on Washington Square was investigated.

2:44am A verbal traffic warning was given on Washington Square.

9:40am Joshua D Kindred, 35 was arrested for domestic violence and on a Crawford County warrant after officers were called to a domestic dispute in the 900 block of Maple St. Heather M Brown, 25, was also arrested for domestic violence. They were both transported to the Crawford County Justice Center.

11:16am Officers made a welfare check in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.

12:32pm Officers made a welfare check in the 800 block of E. Mansfield St.

2:19pm A disturbance in the 1500 block of Marion Road was investigated.

3:40pm A report of an erratic driver on S. Poplar Street was investigated.

4:24pm A disturbance between neighbors in the 900 block of Elm Street was investigated.

5:40pm A resident in the 1200 block of S. Walnut Street reported a window damaged where it appeared someone had attempted to break into the residence.

6:13pm A verbal warning was issued for loud music in the 300 block of W. Mansfield Street.

6:16pm Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1300 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

6:20pm An accident in the 600 block of Sitler Avenue was investigated.

6:25pm A 9-1-1 hang up call from the 800 block of Earl Street was investigated. There was no one located in the area requesting assistance.

6:36pm A Bucyrus resident reported a civil custody issue in the area of Waterford Glen.

6:51pm Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the 1300 block of N. Sandusky Avenue.

6:54pm A report of a disturbance at Harmon Field was investigated. Everyone involved had left the area before officers arrived.

7:04pm A false alarm in the 1700 block of Marion Road was investigated.

7:12pm A Bucyrus resident came to the Police Department to report being assaulted at Lioins Field this evening.

7:33pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Beal and Hopley Avenue.

7:40pm A disturbance in the 1500 block of Marion Road was investigated.

7:52pm An alarm in the 900 block of Elm Street was received. The homeowner advised it was a false alarm before officers responded.

7:53pm A report of young kids smoking in an alley off the 400 block of Aurora Street was investigated.

9:15pm Officers checked on a State trooper on a traffic stop in the 1300 block of E. Mansfield Street.

9:25pm A resident in Woodbine Apartments reported being assaulted by someone she knows.

9:37pm A resident in the 100 block of Wiley Street reported that her 12 year old daughter had left the residence without permission. She was quickly located and returned to her father.

9:45pm A report of a possible disturbance at Harmon Field was investigated.

9:56pm A disturbance in the 400 block of E. Charles Street was investigated.

10:01pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of her vehicle at Walmart.

10:30pm A report of someone yelling in the dead end of Wiley St. was investigated.

July 27

1:25am A verbal traffic warning was given in the area of Woodlawn Ave. and Failor Ave.

1:25am Officers gave a verbal warning to 2 juveniles about curfew violation.

2:31am A verbal traffic warning was given in the area of E. Southern Ave. and S. Highland Ave.

4:53am Officers assisted a semi driver in the area of E. Charles St. and S. Walnut St.
