Feb. 20

12:24 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted by officers in the 500 block of Harding Way East.

1:25 a.m.-A report of loud music was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

4:57 a.m.-Officers assisted troopers of the Ohio State Highway Patrol on County Line Road with a non-injury accident.

8:28 a.m.-A teal girl’s Mongoose bicycle was found in the 300 block of Newman Avenue and turned over to police.

9:29 a.m.-A resident in the 200 block of South Pierce Street reported a checkbook stolen from their residence.

12:35 p.m.-Officers are investigating a hit-skip accident that occurred on East Atwood Street. Timmy E. Murphy Jr. was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident and improper backing.

1 p.m.-A homemade shank found at Heise Park was turned over to police.

1:17 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crestline Police Department in the 800 block of South Market Street.

1:26 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver at Heise Park was investigated.

3:18 p.m.-A Galion man was issued a warning for criminal trespass for walking on the railroad tracks in the South Boston Street area.

5:27 p.m.-Lisa A. Tracey was issued a citation for speeding on North Market Street at Fortney Avenue.

11:14 p.m.-A report of an assault in the 400 block of South Riblet Street was investigated.

Bucyrus Police

Feb. 20

7:46 a.m.- One income tax summons was served at the police department.

8:39 a.m.- Officers assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol in the area of Maple and Songer Streets.

8:48 a.m.- Officers assisted with traffic control in the 1600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

8:49 a.m.- Central Ohio Recycling made a report of a trespasser. Officers are investigating.

9:20 a.m.- A semi driver was given a verbal warning for going around a road closed sign in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

9:22 a.m.- A semi driver was given a written warning for going around a road closed sign at Sandusky Avenue and Emerson Street.

10:26 a.m.- A semi driver was given a written warning for going around a road closed sign at Lawn and Woodrow Avenues.

11:38 a.m.- A semi driver was given a verbal warning on Lawn Avenue.

3:14 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated on Woodlawn Avenue.

4:39 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

4:41 p.m.- Officers assisted a male with emotional issues in the 400 block of Charlotte Street.

6:18 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 100 block of Schell Avenue.

6:37 p.m.- A credit card found in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue was brought to the police department.

6:52 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.

7:22 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.

7:44 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.

7:51 p.m.- Officers assisted the State Patrol in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Crossroads Boulevard.

8:21 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Beverly Drive.

11:41 p.m.- A report of an assault in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

Feb. 21

12:53 a.m.- Officers attempted to locate a missing juvenile from Galion.

12:58 a.m.- A report of a suspicious female in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

5:21 a.m.- A resident in the 300 block of Plymouth Street reported hearing noises in her home.
