12:23 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 7700 block of Ohio 309 was investigated.

12:48 a.m.-A report of an assault victim was investigated at Galion Community Hospital.

6:58 a.m.-A Cherry Street resident reported a vehicle vandalized.

11:37 a.m.-Carla R. Snyder, 55, Galion, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant from the Ontario Police Department in the 300 block of North Columbus Street.

1:57 p.m.-Brandi A. Heefner was issued a citation for driving under suspension and failure to reinstate in the North Market Street area.

2:27 p.m.-Cynthia S. Davis was issued a citation for speeding in the 200 block of Carmel Avenue.

3:03 p.m.-A non-injury accident involving a school bus and semi-truck in the 100 block of South Murray Street was investigated.

4:12 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

4:29 p.m.-Lucas M. Bohach was issued a citation for speeding on South Boston Street.

4:57 p.m.-Melanie K. Wipert was issued a citation for speeding on Grove Avenue.

5:01 p.m.-A report of a person violating a civil protection order in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street was investigated.

8:49 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Harding Way West.

10:45 p.m.-Michael G. Shaw, 34, Galion, was arrested in the 600 block of Crew Avenue for possession of marijuana.

Feb. 17

9:37 a.m.-Gerald W. Noffsinger, 60, Galion, was arrested in the 100 block of Harding Way West for open container.

9:45 a.m.-A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested in the 200 block of Portland Way for theft without consent.

11:14 a.m.-A report of the theft of a trash bin in the 400 block of Sherman Street resident was investigated.

11:56 a.m.-A wallet found in the 300 block of South Street was turned over to police.

2:42 p.m.- Diana L. Swartz was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 300 block of Fairview Avenue.

3:01 p.m.-An injury accident was investigated in the 800 block of Harding Way East.

3:56 p.m.-A report of the theft of electrical supplies in the 100 block of South Market Street was investigated.

5:10 p.m.-A report of a missing juvenile in the 300 block of South Murray Street was investigated. The girl was later located with assistance from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.

8:40 p.m.-A report of an assault involving juveniles was investigated in the 300 block of South Market Street.

9:33 p.m.-Vickie M. Gregory was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to control in the 300 block of South Market Street.

Feb. 18

10:22 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 600 block of Crew Avenue was investigated.

10:22 a.m.-Frederick L. Claus, 67, Galion, was arrested in the 200 block of South Market Street for disorderly conduct.

12:59 p.m.-Tyler G. Weisman, 31, Crestline, was arrested on a Crestline Police Department warrant in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.

2:38 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of Walker Street and Khennter Huhes was issued a citation for improper backing.

4:50 p.m.-A resident in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue reported their vehicle had been keyed.

5:31 p.m.-Officers assisted with a house fire in the 200 block of East Church Street.

9:20 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated.

10 p.m.-Rondall P. Spears, 51, Galion, was arrested for disturbing the peace in the 400 block of Hensley Avenue.

Feb. 19

11:46 a.m.-A report of people collecting scrap metal from the Eagle Crusher building were warned against trespassing and the metal was returned.

11:59 p.m.-A report of a busted wall mirror in the Walker and Union Street area was investigated and cleaned up.

1:53 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute in the 1200 block of East Walnut Street was investigated.

9:48 p.m.-Jessie J. Jordan was issued a citation for driving without headlights in the 100 block of North Columbus Street.

Feb. 16

7:49 a.m.- Officers checked on a report of a wounded deer in the area of Hillcrest Drive. The deer had left the area upon officer’s arrival.

2:01 p.m.- Officers warned a male about his behavior in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:03 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant on North Sandusky Avenue.

3:05 p.m.- A juvenile reported being assaulted by someone she knows in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:36 p.m.- A report of a person loitering on private property in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated and the person was assisted.

4:17 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 400 block of South Spring Street.

4:29 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 100 block of South Spring Street.

4:43 p.m.- Four income tax summons were served in the 300 block of Short Street.

4:48 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 800 block of Hopley Avenue.

5:52 p.m.- A resident in the 200 block of West Warren Street reported being assaulted by someone she knows.

6:11 p.m.- A disturbance in the 200 block of Franklin Street was investigated.

6:31 p.m.- A resident in the 200 block of West Warren Street reported receiving threats from someone she knows.

7:46 p.m.- Officers assisted a probation officer on Hull Avenue.

8:30 p.m.- A report of a vehicle peeling tires and revving the engine in the 1100 block of Whetstone Street was investigated.

8:47 p.m.- Officers checked on a reported suspicious person between the buildings near city lot 3.

10:07 p.m.- Officers checked on a reported suspicious person behind Kroger.

10:28 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person in the 1400 block of Rosedale Avenue about a civil issue.

10:47 p.m.- A disturbance at Waterford Glen was a minor family custody dispute.

11:37 p.m.- Wesley Efaw, 26, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

Feb. 17

9:16 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a suspicious man in the 500 block of West Charles Street.

10:06 a.m.- A report of a scam was investigated in the 300 block of South Poplar Street.

10:47 a.m.- A report of a disturbance in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

10:58 a.m.- Officers spoke to a Bucyrus man about a warrant in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

2:40 p.m.- Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 100 block of Wiley Street with traffic and crowd control where they were fighting a garage fire.

3:11 p.m.- A private property collision was investigated at the Bucyrus High School parking lot.

4:18 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

4:48 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

8:04 p.m.- A domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue was investigated.

8:33 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.

8:48 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel with a medical emergency in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue.

11:07 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle parked at Bucyrus Elementary School was people talking and they left the area.

11:19 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver on South Poplar Street was investigated.

11:50 p.m.- A resident in the 800 block of Beverly Drive reported a possible trespasser. No one was located in the area when officers arrived.

Feb. 18

12:49 a.m.- A resident of the 500 block of Failor Street reported a burglary and assault by people known to him, and that they fled the scene on foot. One of the involved parties was arrested and another involved party went to the hospital with an injury and the incident remains under investigation.

12:59 a.m.- A resident in the 500 block of Prospect Street reported receiving threats from someone she knows.

1:48 a.m.- Officers responded to a disturbance near Washington Square where a person was arguing with employees of an establishment. Joshua Rankins, 23, was arrested on a charge of obstruction. He was issued a summons to appear in court and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center.

2:24 a.m.- Officers assisted an OSP Trooper on a traffic stop on Stetzer Road.

2:57 a.m.- Officers assisted an OSP Trooper in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

4:23 a.m.- A report of a disturbance in the 800 block of South Highland Avenue was investigated.

4:33 a.m.- Officers spoke to a motorist in the Hopley Avenue and East Street area regarding failing to use a turn signal and two people were arrested regarding an earlier burglary complaint.

8:35 a.m.- An income tax summons was served at the police department.

11:08 a.m.- A report of a theft of two bikes from the 400 block of Plymouth Street was investigated.

2:11 p.m.- A two car non-injury crash was investigated at Marion Road and Beal Avenue.

3:39 p.m.- A report of a dog barking in the Waterford Glen area was investigated.

3:50 p.m.- Officers assisted a pedestrian on East Beal Avenue.

4:21 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic complaint and Samuel Benedict, 42, was arrested in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street on charges of domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

4:44 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver was investigated in the area of Mary and Lane Streets.

4:56 p.m.- Three income tax summons were served at the police department.

5:46 p.m.- Officers assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Stetzer Road.

7:10 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 800 block of Prospect Street.

7:42 p.m.- One income tax summons was served at the police department.

7:58 p.m.- Officers responded to a loud verbal dispute and Charles Reese, 53, was arrested in the 200 block of West Charles Street on a civil protection order violation. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

8:38 p.m.- A domestic dispute was mediated in the 1000 block of High Street.

9:20 p.m.- Officers checked a report of a suspicious person in the 1000 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

10:10 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street with a person that had fallen and needed assistance.

10:23 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 200 block of Gaius Street.

10:58 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

11:16 p.m.- A report of discarded property broken on a walk in the 100 block of South Walnut Street was investigated.

Feb. 19

1:07 a.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of River Street was a vehicle that belonged at the location.

2:25 a.m.- Officers spoke with a reportedly suspicious person north of City Lot 3.

2:49 a.m.- A resident at Bucyrus Plaza reported trespassing.

4:02 a.m.- Officers delivered a message for the Crawford County Sheriff Office to a resident in the 200 block of South Lane Street.

4:33 a.m.- A disturbance behind Bucyrus City Hall was a person complaining of a dispute with a person known to them.

8:15 a.m.- Officers de-escalated a disturbance in the 200 block of East Mary Street.

9:44 a.m.- A water main break was reported in front of the County garage on Whetstone Street.

10:55 a.m.- A report of a possible trespassing was investigated in the 200 block of West Liberty Street.

11:33 a.m.- An adult male of Bucyrus is being held for an earlier burglary complaint.

12:15 p.m.- A Bucyrus woman was given a court appearance date for a warrant on income tax after a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

12:27 p.m.- A report of a four-wheeler on the streets in the 500 block of West Warren Street. Officers made contact and a warning was given.

1:19 p.m.- A Michigan man was warned about soliciting without a permit in the 500 block of South Walnut Street.

2:33 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a suspicious man in the area of the Bucyrus Library and it was a person that had been spoken to earlier.

2:42 p.m.- Officers checked a report of solicitation without a permit and Melvin Anderson, 28, of Michigan, who was warned earlier, was arrested on charges of soliciting without a permit in the 400 block of Woodlawn Avenue. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation to appear in court.

3:38 p.m.- Officers spoke to solicitors that had been cited earlier in the area of Ridge and Charles Streets and they rounded up their group to cease activities.

3:54 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 400 block of Charlotte Street.

4:02 p.m.- A West Warren Street resident reported a phone stolen by someone known to them in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

4:53 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the police department about a domestic issue.

5:54 p.m.- Officers checked on a report of juveniles with fishing poles in the area of Lane and Mary Streets.

6:44 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the police department about a civil issue.

7:11 p.m.- A disturbance was mediated in the area of Mansfield and Whetstone Streets.

8:01 p.m.- Officers issued a warning to a person using fireworks in the 100 block of West Irving Street.

8:26 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the area of Bucyrus Plaza and it was a landlord – tenant matter.

8:39 p.m.- Officers checked a reported suspicious vehicle in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.
