7:19am A false alarm in the 900 block of Hopley Ave. was investigated.

7:56am A traffic warning was given in the area of Beal Ave. and Marion Rd.

8:17am A traffic warning was given in the area of Beal Ave. and Marion Rd.

8:55am Officers picked up syringes found in the 400 block of E. Warren St. and disposed of them.

10:05am Officers responded to an accident in the area of Woodlawn Ave. and Highland Ave.

11:24am Officers assisted the Crawford County Dog Warden in the 600 block of E. Lucas St.

12:48pm Officers assisted a citizen on station with some questions they had.

1:07pm A report of small child outside alone in the 100 block of E. Irving St. was investigated.

1:13pm Officers assisted a citizen on station.

1:20pm Officers assisted Shelby Police Dept. in the 1300 block of High St. attempting to locate a missing juvenile out of their jurisdiction. The juvenile was not located.

1:24pm Officer checked on a parking issue involving an abandoned disabled vehicle in the 200 block of E. Beal Ave.

1:35pm Officers conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of E. Lucas St.

1:45pm Sheila Sinnes, 48, was arrested in the 1400 block of Marion Rd. on a warrant out of Crawford County. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

1:48pm Officers responded to an injury accident in the area of S. Spring St. and W. Rensselaer St.

3:18pm A report of an assault in the 400 block of W. Charles St. is under investigation.

3:40pm A resident in the 200 block of Nauman Ave. reported a car battery stolen.

3:53pm Officers recovered a stolen bicycle in the 300 block of S. Lane St.

4:04pm A report of vandalism in the 1500 block of E. Mansfield St. was investigated.

4:37pm Officers spoke to 2 females in the 100 block of W. Galen St. about a report they had made earlier.

4:56pm Officers served a city income tax summons on station.

5:11pm A resident in the 200 block of S. Highland Ave. reported a broken window.

5:55pm A theft complaint in the 500 block of E. Rensselaer St. is under investigation.

7:34pm Officers conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of W. Warren St.

7:59pm A resident in the 1000 block of E. Beal Ave. reported a neighborhood dispute.

8:26pm A report of a female yelling at juveniles walking through the area at Bucyrus Manor was investigated. The pedestrians were visiting a residence there.

8:33pm A false alarm in the 900 block of Victoria Dr. was investigated.

9:12pm A report of a group of subjects yelling in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was dispersed.

9:43pm Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of N. Sandusky Ave. Richard Malicoate, 28, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was issued with a minor misdemeanor citation and released with a pending court date.

9:54pm A false alarm in the 500 block of Sears St. was investigated.

10:34pm A false alarm in the200 block of S. Lane St. was investigated.

11:08pm A resident in the 100 block of S. Spring St. reported hearing someone around his garage. Officers checked the area and did not locate anyone.

July 22

12:30am A report of subjects throwing apples at vehicles in the area of E. Mansfield St. and E. Mary St. was received. No one was located in the area.

12:43am Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 200 block of Whetstone St.

2:41am A report of a disorderly male in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. was checked. Subjects were escorted to their residence on Failor Ave.
