12:51 p.m.- An accident report was taken in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

2:42 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 800 block of Victoria Drive.

4:46 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons 1100 block of Reid Street.

4:57 p.m.- Gary Garrett, 61, and Randyl Garrett, 63, were arrested in the 400 block of West Charles Street on Crawford County warrants. They were issued court dates to appear and released. Two income tax summons were also served at the residence.

6:00 p.m.- Officers investigated a possible civil protection order violation.

6:42 p.m.- A report of possible sex abuse was taken.

7:14 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

8:47 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

Dec. 30

12:27 a.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 1300 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

1:53 a.m.- A disturbance behind City Hall was investigated.

2:25 a.m.- Officers responded with EMS personnel to a medical emergency in the 800 block of South East Street.
