BUCYRUS — Bond was set at $1 million for a Bucyrus man accused of aggravated robbery during arraignments in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Monday.

Adrian R. Gallegos, 25, 943 Faustina Ave., pleaded not guilty to several charges including aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, and inducing panic and four counts of possession of drugs, all fifth-degree felonies.

Gallegos is accused of asking a clerk for a piece of paper and a pen at CVS in Bucyrus on Nov. 19, writing down a list of drugs he wanted and saying that he had a bomb and a gun. The store was evacuated which resulted in the inducing panic charge and Gallegos was permitted to leave the store with the drugs in his possession. Because he left his wallet on the counter at CVS, Bucyrus Police were able to quickly learn his address, track him down and arrest him.

According to Crawford County Prosecutor Matthew Crall, the drugs Gallegos allegedly stole were found at his residence but no bomb or gun were recovered.
