BUCYRUS — Bond was set for a Crestline man accused of violating the terms of his probation.

Christian Price, 23, is accused of taking property from another without consent, operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, and testing positive for marijuana after submitting to a random drug screen.

Price was placed on probation when he pleaded guilty to one count of safecracking in 2015.

Judge Sean Leuthold entered a denial for him and set bond at $100,000. Leuthold also appointed Bucyrus attorney Brad Starkey to represent Price.

Myriah Nikolaus, 25, of Mansfield, is accused of soliciting in a sexual act for hire, possessing a syringe, and failing to comply with the Intensive Supervision and Treatment program.

Leuthold entered a denial of the charges for Nikolaus, appointed Brian Gernert as her attorney and set bond at $100,000.

Nikolaus pleaded guilty to one count of drug possession last summer and was placed on five years of community control.
