Crawford County Election Results: Liquor issues pass in Galion, Bucyrus, Crestline

BUCYRUS — Four liquor issues were approved by Crawford County voters on Tuesday, two in Galion and one each in Bucyrus and Crestline.

El Tarasco, a Mexican restaurant in the the Galion West Shopping Center, will be able to sell alcohol on Sundays. Voters approved of the sale by a margin of 340-168 in unofficial results tabulated by the Crawford County Board of Elections.

Jencor, which operates the Marathon station at the corner of Ohio 309 and Ohio 61, also will be able to sell alcohol on Sunday. That issue passed by a vote of 256-117.

Ehrhart’s in Bucyrus can also sell alcohol on Sunday. That levy was passed by a vote of 389-159.

Also, Kork and Kap in Crestline will be able to sell liquor on Sundays after voters approved that levy, 297-142.

These results will not be official until the recount is completed.
