Nov. 4

12:15 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of South Pierce Street was investigated.

7:23 a.m.-A report of the theft of beer from Rich’s Oil, 300 S. Market St., was investigated.

8:53 a.m.-A report of a baby left inside a vehicle in the Dollar General parking lot was investigated.

6:35 p.m.-Deborah L. Hinton was issued a citation for speeding in the 6800 block of Crawford-Morrow County Line Road.

8:16 p.m.-A report of a person wearing a clown mask was investigated in the Ash and Pine Street area. No one was found by officers.

9:36 p.m.-A report of a group of unruly juveniles was investigated at Circle K-Marathon, 105 East St.

10:25 p.m.-Leigh Anne Lovely was issued a citation for driving on an expired license in the 200 block of Portland Way North.

Nov. 5

12:58 p.m.-An Edgewood Drive resident reported concrete dumped on their property.

1:25 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1200 block of Oliver Street.

10:11 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person screaming in the 700 block of Hess Street was investigated.

Nov. 6

12:54 a.m.-A resident reported being threatened by several people in the 500 block of Harding Way East.

2:04 a.m.-Michael R. Workman, 41, Galion, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and failure to stop at a stop sign in the 700 block of Fairview Avenue.

5:53 p.m.-A breaking and entering involving juveniles was investigated in the 300 block of North Market Street.

6:11 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 900 block of Charles Street was investigated.

6:27 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the East Walnut Street area was investigated.

9:34 p.m.-Travis D. Learn, 23, Bucyrus, was arrested in the 500 block of Harding Way West for disorderly conduct.

11:47 p.m.-A report of two suspicious males in the 200 block of South Market Street was investigated. They were using Wi-Fi from the VFW and were sent on their way.

Nov. 4

8:14 a.m.- An East Mansfield Street resident reported a theft at his home.

11:12 a.m.- A counterfeit $100 was turned in at the station.

12:42 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 300 block of South East Street.

2:20 p.m.- A disturbance in the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

3:34 p.m.- Officers spoke to a resident in the 1000 block of E. Beal Avenue about a scam designed to take money from her.

5:27 p.m.- Officers spoke to a resident in the 900 block of West Southern Avenue about providing money to a scam computer security company.

5:31 p.m.- A report of a young boy on a bicycle involved in a collision with a car was investigated. The child was fine and the vehicle had already left the area.

8:48 p.m.- A domestic disturbance in the 1600 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

9:57 p.m.- A resident at Bucyrus Plaza reported receiving harassing calls from someone she knows. She was advised of the process to press charges.

10:03 p.m.- A resident in the 800 block of High Street reported a suspicious odor in the area.

10:21 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

11:19 p.m.- Officers checked a possible location for a missing 16-year-old male. The boy returned home on Saturday.

Nov. 5

12:14 a.m.- Officers investigated a domestic issue in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

12:19 a.m.- Officers served two city income tax summonses in the 100 block of East Mary Street.

12:20 a.m.- A report of a suspicious female in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue was investigated.

12:51 a.m.- During a traffic stop near South Spring and West Charles Streets, Cain Wilson, 19, was arrested for suspicion of operating a vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

12:56 a.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

1:56 a.m.- A report of a fight in the 100 block of North Poplar Street was investigated. The parties were separated and sent on their way.

2:24 a.m.- Officer on patrol intervened for a disturbance in City Lot 3. Anthony Barthalow, 25, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

9:08 a.m.- Officers picked up an abandoned bike at Wendy’s, 343 S. Sandusky Ave.

10:25 a.m.- A two car non-injury accident was investigated at East Mansfield Street and Swigart Avenue. One driver was issued a citation.

11:37 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of property damage in the 600 block of Hopley Avenue.

2:34 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident reported her purse stolen from her vehicle while parked in the 200 block of S. Sandusky Avenue.

3:19 p.m.- Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 1700 block of Marion Road for a child that was injured after he and another child were throwing rocks. The injury turned out to be minor.

5:09 p.m.- A report of people trespassing at a residence in the 300 block of East Warren Street was investigated. No one was found at the residence.

5:39 p.m.- A domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

7:05 p.m.- Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the parking lot at McDonalds.

7:21 p.m.- Officers spoke to a resident in the 1700 block of Marion Road about her unruly child.

7:22 p.m.- A disturbance in the 800 block of South Poplar Street was investigated.

7:27 p.m.- Officers spoke to a resident at the police department about an attempted scam.

7:39 p.m.- A disturbance near McDonalds was people being verbally loud.

8:19 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

8:56 p.m.- A two vehicle non-injury crash in the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

11:22 p.m.- A report of a loud party in the 900 block of Maple Street was investigated.

11:37 p.m.- A report of two suspicious males in the 900 block of Earl Street was investigated.

Nov. 6

12:47 a.m.- A report of a loud party and underage drinking in the 900 block of Maple Street was investigated.

1:53 a.m.- Officers assisted a State Trooper in the area of Ohio 4.

1:55 a.m.- Officers did a walk-through at business near Washington Square.

2:30 a.m.- Officers investigated a loud disturbance in the 900 block of Maple Street. John Kenny, 26, and Michael Osborne, 22, were arrested on warrants out of Crawford County. They were issued dates to appear in court and released. Zachary Morgan, 20, was arrested for underage consumption and obstructing official business. He was issued criminal summonses for both and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober. Noah Vandyke, 19, was arrested for underage consumption. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond as he is not a resident of Crawford County.

4:41 a.m.- A report of a window broken out at a building in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

5:23 a.m.- A resident in the 600 block of North Lane Street reported his vehicle stolen. It was located at the Outhwaite Reservoir.

8:39 a.m.- Officers assisted a citizen that had fallen on the floor in the 700 block of High Street.

9:37 a.m.- Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in locating a man.

10:08 a.m.- Officers spoke to an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of South Walnut Street.

10:19 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of South Poplar Street.

10:47 a.m.- Officers located a missing teenager out of Richland County in the 900 block of East Warren Street. He was turned over to Richland County authorities.

10:52 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 700 block of High Street.

11:33 a.m.- A report of a pistol and personal effects taken from a vehicle in the 900 block of Kaler Avenue was investigated.

1:29 p.m.- Two traffic citations for no operator’s license and wrongful entrustment were issued in the 100 block of East Charles Street.

2:05 p.m.- A report of a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Heritage Circle was investigated.

4:04 p.m.- A minor crash involving a parked vehicle in the area of Short and Rogers Street was investigated.

4:46 p.m.- Juveniles caught trespassing in a vacant home were returned to their parents. The owner of the residence did not wish to pursue charges.

5:42 p.m.- A disturbance in the 1500 block of Melody Drive was caused by a person not welcome at the location.

7:22 p.m.- A disturbance in the alley behind the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue was caused by people passing through the area.

7:59 p.m.- A report of someone shining lights into residences in the 400 block of West Warren Street was vehicle headlights.

8:09 p.m.- A report of suspicious vehicles at Ridgewood Senior Villas was investigated.

8:23 p.m.- A resident in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue reported being harassed by someone she knows.

10:45 p.m.- A report of a suspicious male outside Dairy Crest was a person taking a walk relax.

11:50 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated female that had fallen off a bike in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue was checked and she had left the area walking.
