7:17 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the Mansfield Street area was investigated.

9:21 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 300 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.

10:10 a.m.-Skyler P. Axline for issued a citation for speeding in the 500 block of South Market Street.

1:35 a.m.-Kelly A. Mollencopf was issued a citation for a stop sign violation in the 300 block of South Street.

2:28 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 100 block of North Riblet Street.

3:03 p.m.-A report of a bad check written to a local business is under investigation.

6:03 p.m.-Tony E. Bowman was issued a citation for driving with expired plates in the South Pierce Street area.

11:48 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 1000 block of Harding Way East.

5:24 a.m.-A report of a hit-skip accident in the 200 block of South Street was investigated.

7:58 a.m.-A report of a suspicious man in the 300 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.

9:52 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 40 block of Sherman Street.

12:28 p.m.-Thomas E. Owens was issued a citation for no motor cycle endorsement at Bucyrus Road and Laughbaum Drive.

1:46 p.m.-A resident in the 200 block of Mansfield Street reported a shed broken into and items missing.

2:37 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of North Riblet Street was investigated.

7:38 p.m.-A report of loud music in the 300 block of North Market Street was investigated.

10:06 p.m.-Michael J. Leppo, 24, Galion, was arrested for obstructing official business on Portland Way North.

Oct. 30

11:18 a.m.-A report of a breaking and entering of a shed in the 100 block of South Pierce Street was investigated.

2:38 p.m.-A report of a vehicle hitting the propane case at Circle K-Marathon was investigated.

4:17 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of South Market Street.

10:53 p.m.-A disturbance in the 400 block of Hensley Avenue was investigated.

Bucyrus Police

Oct. 28

9:22 a.m.- A semi-truck was stopped in the 1000 block of North Sandusky Avenue because it appeared to have fresh damage. The truck had struck a deer earlier in the morning.

3:02 p.m.- A report of a group of boys throwing their football near cars driving through the area of Spring and Rensselaer Streets was checked.

3:26 p.m.- Officers responded with EMS personnel to an unknown medical emergency in the 200 block of West Charles Street.

3:27 p.m.- Officers assisted a representative of a local bank to secure a Rogers Street residence that the bank has control of.

3:29 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to speak to an officer about being harassed.

3:43 p.m.- A report of kids dumping drinks into the fountain on Washington Square was investigated. There was no one around the fountain when officers arrived.

11:16 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 700 block of West Warren Street.

11:59 p.m.- A report of a suspicious male in the 700 block of East Warren Street was investigated.

Oct. 29

12:58 a.m.- A traffic stop was made near the intersection of South Lane and East Charles Street. Garrett Kisor, 24, was arrested on two Crawford County warrants and was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held. Noah Vandyke, 19, was arrested for underage consumption. He was issued a criminal summons and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

1:28 a.m.- A report of a fight in City Lot #3 was investigated. Officers did not locate anyone fighting in the area.

1:39 a.m.- A report of a disorderly patron at the Horseshoe Bar was investigated. He had left prior to officer’s arrival.

1:51 a.m.- Officers responded to a disturbance near Washington Square. Dustin Hunt, 29, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

2:15 a.m.- The K-9 unit assisted a State Trooper in the area of Ohio 4.

2:44 a.m.- A report of females arguing in city lot 3 was investigated. They were sent on their way.

5:54 a.m.- Officers assisted with a disorderly tenant in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

8:30 a.m.- A resident in the 100 block of West Kilbourne Drive reported his truck broken into overnight and his wallet was stolen. A lap top computer was also found in this yard.

8:59 a.m.- Officers picked up a girl’s black bike from the 500 block of West Perry Street.

12:25 p.m.- A report of a vehicle missing from the 100 block of Washington Square is under investigation.

1:06 p.m.- A report of a truck losing cargo in the 100 block of River Street.

2:29 p.m.- Officers checked the area of Jones and Lucas Streets regarding kids trespassing on railroad property.

3:25 p.m.- Officers checked a report of kids throwing bottles at a residence in the 800 block of Beverly Drive.

3:33 p.m.- A traffic complaint was taken at the police department.

4:15 p.m.- A report of a juvenile damaging property in the 900 block of South East Street was investigated.

5:20 p.m.- A Rogers Street residence reported receiving threats made via message.

5:26 p.m.- Justin Howell, 31, was arrested in the area of Rogers and Liberty Streets on an Ashland County warrant after officers were called to the area for a report of a disturbance. Howell was taken to Crawford County Justice Center.

5:28 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue.

5:41 p.m.- A report of children playing in the street was investigated in the area of Rogers Street and Southern Avenue.

6:31 p.m.- Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of South East Street.

7:59 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 200 block of Songer Avenue.

8:56 p.m.- Nicholas Paynter, 23, was arrested in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue on a Marion County warrant. He was released to Marion County authorities.

10:02 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a fight in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street. The people involved left the area.

11:16 p.m.- A theft complaint is under investigation.

Oct. 29

12:06 a.m.- Officers responded to a complaint of a person refusing to leave and trespassing at a business near Washington Square. Bradley McPeek, 36, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

12:55 a.m.- A report of people revving engines in Taco Bell parking lot was investigated. They were given a verbal warning.

1:27 a.m.- Officers conducted a walk through near Washington Square at the request of the establishment.

2:04 a.m.- Officers dispersed a dispute in City Lot #3. None of the parties involved wanted to press charges.

2:21 a.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle that had been driving in the Lakewood Drive area was received.

3:07 a.m.- A report of a female attempting to drive intoxicated in the 200 block of West Liberty Street was investigated. She was detained by friends when officers arrived.

3:29 a.m.- A report of a loud party in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

10:02 a.m.- A report of a vehicle driving recklessly on East Mansfield Street was investigated.

10:59 a.m.- A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street.

1:04 p.m.- Officers assisted the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office in attempting to locate a hit-skip crash suspect vehicle.

1:44 p.m.- Officers assisted a female with domestic issues.

4:03 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons.

4:57 p.m.- One income tax summons was served at the police department.

5:04 p.m.- A report of a possible domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of South Walnut Street.

5:05 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

5:11 p.m.- Six income tax summons were served in the 900 block of South East Street.

5:14 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

5:50 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 300 block of West Warren Street.

6:04 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

7:17 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 600 block of West Perry Street.

7:29 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons.

7:40 p.m.- Four income tax summons were served in the 900 block of Monnett Street.

7:46 p.m.- A Woodale Street resident reported a gray and blue Mongoose bicycle stolen since Friday.

8:07 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 600 block of Plymouth Street.

8:26 p.m.- A report of an assault was taken at the police department.

Oct. 31

1:17 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 300 block of Heritage Circle.
