3:15 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of East Street was investigated.

7:28 a.m.-A neon green and black bicycle was found by the street department in the 300 block of Hensley Avenue was turned over to police.

9:44 a.m.-Jessica Monk was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear, issued a court date and released in the 100 block of Eighth Avenue.

9:52 a.m.-Dorene D. Stirm was issued a citation for speeding.

10:06 a.m.-Janet K. Peterson was issued a citation for speeding.

11:11 a.m.-A report of money and a debit card being stolen from an elderly female was investigated in the 1500 block of Trachsel Place.

1:50 p.m.-A report of two suspicious people in the 100 block of West Summit Street was investigated.

3:41 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in the Hensley Avenue area was investigated.

5:13 p.m.-Erica Petty was arrested for inhaling harmful intoxicants in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.

8:11 p.m.-A loud noise was heard in the Heise Park area but police could not locate the source.

8:21 p.m.-A resident reported hearing a loud boom in the South Boston Street area.

8:29 p.m.-A report of a loud boom that shook a house in the South Murray Street area was reported.

9:07 p.m.-Several reports were made to police about loud booms being heard in the County Line Road area.

9:43 p.m.-A loud boom that shook the building at Magnolia Terrace was reported.

11:53 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the Dawsett Avenue area was investigated.

12:31 a.m.-A report of a fight in the 400 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

1:40 a.m.-A report of telephone harassment was investigated in the 1300 Block of Harding Way East.

3:04 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1400 block of Baehr Street was investigated.

6L44 a.m.-Jocelyn A. Wilson and Brian C. Alkire were arrested for possession of drugs on Harding Way East.

8:12 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 1500 block of Trachsel Place was investigated.

9:37 a.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 300 block of Payne Avenue.

3:02 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue.

3:13 p.m.-A report of shoplifting at Rite Aid was investigated.

3:43 p.m.-The theft of a Trump sign was reported in the 200 block of Pershing Avenue.

5:03 p.m.-Brian Alkire was arrested on a Richland County warrant and issued a citation for driving under suspension and possession of a controlled substance in the 300 block of South Market Street.

9:16 p.m.-A report of a clown in the 500 block of Sherman Street was investigated.

1:42 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 600 block of South Market Street.

3:48 p.m.-A non-injury accident at Heise Park was investigated.

5:34 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of South Boston Street.

Oct. 7

10:03 a.m.- Officers attempted to make a welfare check in the 300 block of East Charles Street.

12:09 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of West Mary Street.

2:57 p.m.- Officers spoke with a resident about at civil property issue at the police department.

3:22 p.m.- A resident in the 900 block of Sherman Street reported his son being bullied. Officers are investigating.

3:40 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 300 block of West Warren Street.

4:11 p.m.- A report of an abandoned bike at the Bucyrus Library was investigated. The owner was actually still at the library.

4:14 p.m.- A resident in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street reported her dog attacked by another dog in the area.

4:40 p.m.- Officers spoke with a subject who flagged them over in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street.

5:15 p.m.- A disturbance at Hymiler was reported at the police department.

7:38 p.m.- Traffic stop on North Sandusky Avenue at Bland Avenue: Joshua Ladd, 26, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant and issued a citation for driving under suspension. He was issued his citation and given a date to appear in court for the warrant.

9:23 p.m.- A disturbance at Duke & Duchess was investigated. The parties had left the area before officers arrived.

10:05 p.m.- An employee at Bucyrus Emergency Department reported a disruptive person in the waiting room. The person was already leaving when officers arrived.

10:14 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:27 p.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 1400 block of Whetstone Street.

10:33 p.m.- A report of a possible burglary in progress in the 400 block of East Charles Street was investigated. Everything was found to be all right at the residence.

10:55 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 1000 block of Reid Street.

Oct. 8

1:08 a.m.- A resident in the 800 block of South Spring Street reported the back door to her home damaged.

2:15 a.m.- Officers responded to a dispute in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street. Jeffrey Zenowicz, 24, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released with a court date.

2:19 a.m.- A report of a male and female fighting in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

2:50 a.m.- A breaking and entering in the 400 block of West Charles Street was a civil dispute between tenants.

3:01 a.m.- Officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

6:46 a.m.- Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the area of East Southern Avenue and South Walnut Street. They were found to be delivering newspapers.

10:09 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a female sitting in a ditch on East Mansfield Street. She was waiting for a ride.

10:55 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a man in the 1300 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

2:41 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street.

5:43 p.m.- A report of dogs barking on Blicke Street was investigated.

5:59 p.m.- A report of two suspicious people at Riley Reservoir was investigated.

6:48 p.m.- One income tax summons was issued in the 1700 block of Marion Road after officers were called to the area for a juvenile complaint.

7:05 p.m.- Officers checked on a suspicious person in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue. The person was waiting for a ride.

8:07 p.m.- A non-injury crash was investigated in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:28 p.m.- A report of a possible intoxicated driver in the 200 block of South Lane Street was investigated. The driver was sober and warned about a red light violation.

9:45 p.m.- Officers responded to a dispute in the 500 block of South Walnut Street. Miranda Hall, 30, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

10:09 p.m.- A juvenile reported missing Thursday was located at Wendy’s and returned to her mother.

10:38 p.m.- The City Street Department was contacted about a damaged stop sign on Walnut at Southern Avenue.

11:23 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to report being followed and harassed by someone she knows.

Oct. 9

12:10 a.m.- Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at Aumiller Park.

1:43 a.m.- Officers responded with EMS to the area of Bruce Street and Marion Road for an unknown emergency. A resident was transported by EMS for treatment.

2:06 a.m.- Officers checked on the welfare of a reported suspicious person sleeping in a vehicle in the area of East Warren and Wiley Streets. Trevor Karcher, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication, obstruction, and underage consumption. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

2:51 a.m.- Officers responded with EMS personnel behind the Horseshoe for and injured male who had been assaulted.

8:58 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of South Sandusky Avenue. It was a contractor working in the building.

9:44 a.m.- Officers are investigating a report of a possible sex crime and theft in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.

12:23 p.m.- Officers investigated a neighborhood dispute in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue.

12:43 p.m.- A report of glass in the roadway on Hopley Avenue was investigated.

12:44 p.m.- An East Rensselaer Street resident reported stolen property.

2:43 p.m.- An assault report was taken in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

3:51 p.m.- A report of a possible civil protection order violation was taken at the police department.

4:45 p.m.- Officers are investigating a report of a possible assault in the 1400 block of Whetstone Street.

5:08 p.m.- A report of juveniles trespassing at a residence on Hopley Avenue was made. The children were located and warned to stay off the property.

5:51 p.m.- A report of a motorcyclist driving recklessly was reported.

6:03 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of Short Street and Faustina Avenue.

7:09 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

7:22 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of High Street.

8:01 p.m.- A report of a theft was made in the 100 block of Whetstone Street. Items had been repossessed by a rental company.

8:36 p.m.- A dispute regarding possession of a dog was a civil matter.

9:02 p.m.- Officers checked on the welfare of a person on the ground near Washington Square. David Charlton, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication and possession of heroin. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

11:51 p.m.- Officers delivered a message for Ohio State Patrol in the 1200 block of Wheeler Avenue.

Oct. 10

12:38 a.m.- An employee of a business in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street reported someone trespassing at the business. The person left before officers arrived.
