Oct. 3

12:59 a.m.-A Third Avenue resident reported money stolen from a bank account.

2:42 a.m.-A report of loud music in the 900 block of South Market Street was investigated.

10:47 a.m.-A set of keys that was found in the North Market Street and Carmel Avenue area was turned over to police.

1:48 p.m.-Greg Kelly was arrested on a warrant in the 600 block of South Market Street.

3:09 p.m.-A First Avenue reported receiving threatening phone calls from someone she knows.

3:55 p.m.-A Richardson Avenue resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

4:06 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of Tidd Drive.

6:11 p.m.-A report of juveniles attempting to break into the T-Ball field at South Park was investigated. No one was located and no damage was reported.

6:33 p.m.-A injury accident was investigated at East Church and Riblet Streets. Thomas DeSaulles was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.

8:49 p.m.-Staff at Galion Community Hospital reported that a man called and was upset about a bill being sent to collections. He said he had a gun and made threats.

9:55 p.m.-A resident in the 400 block of Libby Lane reported there were three males dressed as clowns in the field behind Libby Lane and Hyatt Court. Officers talked with three male juveniles in the area but the complaint was unfounded.

10:28 p.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

Oct. 3

7:23 a.m.- Officers investigated a theft from the 700 block of Sherman Street.

12:44 p.m.- Officers made a welfare check in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street.

12:55 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 200 block of Plymouth Street.

1:31 p.m.- Joshua A Protzman, 23, was arrested and charged with theft from Walmart. He was released pending a court appearance.

1:50 p.m.- A disturbance in the 300 block of East Warren Street was investigated.

1:53 p.m.- A disturbance in the area of Mansfield and Spring Streets was investigated.

3:43 p.m.- A welfare check was requested on a person in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street.

3:47 p.m.-A two-vehicle accident was investigated in the Kroger parking lot.

3:49 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was investigated at Maple and Irving Streets.

4:17 p.m.- A shoplifting report was taken at Phone Fusions.

4:42 p.m.- Mason Olmstead, 21, was arrested on charges of trespassing at Circle K. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released.

4:44 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was reported in the area of Woodlawn Avenue and Prospect Streets.

5:00 p.m.- A vandalism report was taken on Dudley Street.

5:47 p.m.- A message was delivered at Pinewood Court.

6:47 p.m.- Tyson Drew, 19, was arrested in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue on charges of domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

7:39 p.m.- Officers spoke to a resident about a civil issue at the police department.

9:00 p.m.- A welfare check was requested on a resident in the 600 block of East Charles Street.

Oct. 4

4:45 a.m.- Officers investigated a domestic issue at Woodbine Apartments.
