Sept. 26

1:50 a.m.-A report of two people fully dressed as clowns in the 1200 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

7:44 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 900 block of East Walnut Street.

9:11 a.m.-An attempted break-in of a delivery van at Keller Auto Parts was investigated.

10:59 a.m.-A non-injury accident in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated. Garrett L. Rowan was issued citations for possession of marijuana and assured clear distance ahead.

3:12 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 500 block of Richardson Avenue was investigated.

3:51 p.m.-A new cell phone was stolen from a box delivered to a residence in the 300 block of Grant Street.

4:23 p.m.-A Cedargate resident reported shoes and a bicycle stolen.

6:46 p.m.-A report of an assault in the 300 block of South Street was investigated.

9:01 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of East Payne Avenue was investigated.

9:28 p.m.-A report of an attempted robbery of a person walking through Heise Park was investigated.

11:18 p.m.-A report of three clowns at East Park was investigated. Officers did not locate anyone at the park.

Bucyrus Police

Sept. 26

9:33 a.m.- Officers attempted to make a welfare check in the 600 block of East Southern Avenue.

10:31 a.m.- A male came to the station to report harassment.

12:29 p.m.- Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. A citation was issued and one vehicle towed from the scene.

1:06 p.m.- An East Mansfield Street resident reported her home entered without her permission by someone known to them related to the other person moving their belongings out.

1:15 p.m.- Trisha Lewis, 22, was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. She was also arrested on two Crawford County warrants, both for income tax. She was released pending a court appearance.

1:22 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person near Mansfield and Whetstone Streets was investigated.

1:51 p.m.- A domestic problem in the 600 block of Wilbur Street was investigated.

2:11 p.m.- A disturbance in the area of Lane and Mary Streets was investigated.

3:03 p.m.- A theft report was taken at the police department.

3:40 p.m.- A Heritage Circle resident reported receiving unwanted text messages.

4:05 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint on Blicke Street. Stephen Bibbee, 31, was arrested on charges of domestic violence. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

4:41 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 1400 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

4:27 p.m.- A juvenile report was investigated in the 600 block of East Oakwood Street.

4:44 p.m.- A welfare check was requested at Heritage Circle.

5:41 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the area of Woodland and Whetstone Streets.

6:04 p.m.- Blade Reinhart, 18, was arrested at Aumiller Park on charges of disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched to the area for a suspicious person causing a disturbance.

6:21 p.m.- Zachary Bishop, 26, was arrested in the Wilbur Street area on a Crawford County warrant after officers were called the area about a suspicious person. Bishop was issued a court date to appear and released.

6:54 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

7:03 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated at Bucyrus Plaza.

8:05 p.m.- A report of someone trespassing at Bucyrus Plaza was investigated.

8:32 p.m.- A report of someone tapping on windows in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

10:23 p.m.- Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department at the Carlisle House.

10:39 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the Blicke Street area was investigated.

10:43 p.m.- A report of someone tapping on windows in the 200 block of South Walnut Street was investigated.

11:06 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of South East Street was investigated.

11:56 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team on Elm Street. Carl Wiggins, 33, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

Sept. 27

12:10 a.m.- A report of a trespasser knocking on trailers in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
