12:48 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle parked at Heise Park turned out to be individuals playing Pokemon Go.

6:54 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the Richardson Avenue area was investigated.

11:04 a.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 800 block of South Market Street.

3:14 p.m.- The theft of three cast iron flower pots from the gazebo on Public Square was investigated.

5:35 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 100 block of Harding Way West was investigated.

7:18 p.m.-A resident reported a bicycle stolen from the 300 block of South Market Street.

9:28 p.m.-A disturbance in the 100 block of East Payne Avenue was investigated.

Sept. 10

5:28 p.m.-Signs were placed in the roadway on Charles Street near Donley Ford due to flooding leaving the road impassable.

5:43 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.

9:20 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of South Boston Street was investigated.

3:38 a.m.-A report of a fight in the Hensley Avenue area was investigated.

9:26 a.m.-Officers are investigating a breaking and entering at Riverside Drive-Thru that occurred overnight.

10:09 a.m.-A missing manhole cover was reported in the 200 block of Orange Street.

12:35 p.m.-Donald Crisp was issued a citation for speeding in the 300 block of Gelsanliter Road.

12:48 p.m.-A resident in the 100 block of Easton Way was issued a criminal warning for cussing at children in the area.

12:58 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 800 block of Harding Way West. John Shuler was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.

2:40 p.m.-A report of vandalism to a van at Green Thumb Hydroponics, 849 Harding Way East, was investigated.

7:08 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 400 block of Cherry Street. Laura A. Martinez was issued a citation for failure to control and weaving.

Sept. 12

1:28 a.m.-Cory Myers was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 700 block of Timberlane Drive.

2:59 a.m.-A resident in the 700 block of Briarwood Drive reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone she knows.

6:55 a.m.-A non-injury accident on South Boston Street was investigated.

12:12 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of Easton Way was investigated.

12:28 p.m.-A citation was issued to Kimberly Williams for driving with an expired license in the 1000 block of Ohio 309.

2:47 p.m.-Carol Branam was issued a citation for speeding in the North Market Street and Edgewood Drive area.

3:32 p.m.-A dispute between neighbors was investigated in the Sherry Lane area.

3:56 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering at a residence in the 300 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.

4:10 p.m.-A report of a missing or runaway juvenile in the Public Square area was investigated. The juvenile was located nearby.

6:30 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Harding Way West was investigated.

7:45 p.m.-Dean Meister was issued a citation for speeding on Dawsett Avenue near Pierce Street.

7:59 p.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

10:30 p.m.-A report of horses in the roadway in the 200 block of South Street was investigated. The horses were returned home and secured.

Bucyrus Police

Sept. 9

7:31 a.m.- A report of an injured hawk at Harmon Park was investigated. The hawk was gone upon officer’s arrival.

8:43 a.m.- James Erwin, 30, was arrested in the 100 block of North Spring Street and charged with possession of a scheduled drug. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance. Amber Adkins, 32, and Michael Lacy, 49, were arrested on Crawford County warrants. They were both released pending court appearances.

7:09 p.m.- Holly Coleman, 39, was arrested in the 1100 block of South Walnut Street on a Crawford County warrant after officers were called to the area for a vandalism report. Coleman was issued a court date to appear and released.

9:53 p.m.- Kenneth Meade, 60, was arrested in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue for disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober and issued a minor misdemeanor citation to appear in court.

10:09 p.m.- Twelve income tax summons were served at the Crawford County Justice Center.

10:47 p.m.- A traffic citation for driving under suspension was issued in the 100 block of East Charles Street.

Sept. 10

12:16 a.m.- A resident in the 600 block of Wilbur Street reported her 12-year-old daughter not home yet for the night. She returned home as officers were out looking for her.

9:43 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance Service in the area of Waterford Glen.

12:21 p.m.- Miranda Ward, 20, was arrested in the area of South Walnut and Mansfield Streets on charges of abusing harmful intoxicants. She was issued a summons to appear in court.

12:51 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a person in the 400 block of East Charles Street.

1:14 p.m.- A sex complaint is under investigation.

2:59 p.m.- Officer responded to a report of an intoxicated man pushing a baby stroller. Ronnie Olmstead, 34, was arrested at the 500 block of North Lane Street on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication and endangering children. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center and issued a court date to appear.

5:46 p.m.- A theft report was taken at Kroger. The report remains under investigation.

6:16 p.m.- A Reid Street resident reported being assaulted by a person they know.

8:55 p.m.- A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested for domestic violence. She was taken to the Marion Juvenile Detention Center to await an appearance in Juvenile Court.

9:22 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the area of Marion Road and Southern Avenue.

11:33 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance Service at Bucyrus Estates.

11:41 p.m.- A theft report from a vehicle parked at Harmon park is under investigation.

Sept. 11

12:04 a.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 900 block of Rogers Street.

2:24 a.m.- Coden Pollock, 36, was arrested for obstructing official business. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

2:24 a.m.- Michael Frazier, 37, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released.

5:40 p.m.- An altercation between juveniles in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

544 p.m.- A resident in the 800 block of West Mary Street reported a pheasant in her yard.

5:57 p.m.- A report of a young child walking alone in the North Lane Street area was investigated.

7:12 p.m.- A report of a group of juveniles at Harmon Field that appeared to be under the influence of something was investigated. The subjects were actually in their 20’s and the complaint was unfounded and they dispersed.

10:50 p.m.- A male reported a female he knew took his picture while he was at Walmart.

Sept. 12

12:16 a.m.- A 16-year-old boy was warned against curfew violation.

5:31 a.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department in the area of Beal Avenue and Crestline Road checking for a possible 911 call from a vehicle. No vehicle call was located.

7:52 a.m.- Blake Whitaker, 20, and Christopher Whitaker, 22, were both arrested on charges of domestic violence while in the 600 block of South Spring Street.

1:45 p.m.- A woman from the 500 block of South Poplar Street reported her fence being torn down without her permission.

2:50 p.m.- Officers assisted an officer from the Marion Police Department in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street.

4:43 p.m.- Officers assisted Crestline Police Department attempt to locate a missing juvenile from their jurisdiction in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street. She was not located.

6:36 p.m.- The City Street department was contacted for barricades in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue after a window was seen leaning over the sidewalk. Contact was attempted with the property owner also.

7:27 p.m.- Nicholas Paynter, 23, was arrested on a Marion County warrant. Officers relayed with Marion County to transport him to jail in Marion.

8:11 p.m.- A juvenile came to the police department to report his cell phone taken by some other kids. The cell phone was located and returned to the juvenile.

9:26 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle at Bucyrus Airport was investigated.

10:15 p.m.- A female reported her purse stolen while she was in the 100 block of South Walnut Street.

Sept. 13

2:19 a.m.- Drug paraphernalia was turned over to an officer on station.

3:29 a.m.- A report of a person on the roof of Wendy’s with a flashlight was investigated. It was found to be a fire protection company.

4:59 a.m.- Officers assisted a resident in the 900 block of Elm Street with an opossum in their home.

4:59 a.m.- Carl W. Wiggins, 33, was arrested on two warrants out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.
