8:48 a.m.- A report of a possible impaired driver was investigated.

9:39 a.m.- A South Spring Street resident reported a theft of items from his residence.

10:00 a.m.- A domestic problem in the 200 block of South Lane Street was investigated.

12:05 p.m.- Officers attempted to make a welfare check in the 200 block of East Rensselaer Street.

1:38 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of suspicious persons in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

3:41 p.m.- An officer assisted a motorist with child restraint seat questions in the City Hall parking lot.

4:08 p.m.- Steven Kendall, 31, and Christine Wise, 32, were arrested in the 600 block of East Warren Street and charged with child endangering. They were released pending a court appearance.

4:24 p.m.- Officers check a reported traffic hazard in the area of Songer and Maple. The city crew was advised of the issue.

4:43 p.m.- A report of loud music in the 600 block of Ann Street was investigated. No violation was found.

5:06 p.m.- Officers took an assault complaint that happened in the area of Isaac Beal Road earlier today.

5:32 p.m.- A subject came on station to report her child being harassed while at Aumiller Park.

5:43 p.m.- A Faustina Avenue resident reported being threatened by someone she knows.

6:10 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a speeder in Aumiller Park.

7:48 p.m.- A report of a possible breaking and entering in the 200 block of Emerson Street was investigated.

7:59 p.m.- A report of a female trespassing in the 500 block of South East Street was investigated.

8:30 p.m.- Officers assisted Richland County Sheriff’s Office in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:58 p.m.- An East Charles Street resident reported her debit card used without her permission.

9:47 p.m.- Officers assisted a disabled motorist in the area of North Sandusky Avenue.

10:26 p.m.- Officers on patrol checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at Aumiller Park.

July 29

12:36 a.m.- A report of a speeder on Washington Square was investigated.

1:15 a.m.- A report of two people around a barn in the 1300 block of Tiffin Street was investigated.

1:51 a.m.- Officers attempted to locate a subject with a warrant in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

2:02 a.m.- Officers checked on a male and female arguing in the area of West Rensselaer Street. They advised it was just a verbal disagreement and no officer was needed.

2:07 a.m.- Officers transported a juvenile home that was seen walking in the 300 block of Hill Street.
