BUCYRUS — The Crawford County Public Health Department will host a Back-to-School immunization clinic for children ages 4 to 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Aug. 3 at the Bucyrus Elementary School.

In addition to the already required kindergarten and seventh-grade vaccines, Ohio has implemented new immunization requirements. All incoming seventh and twelfth-grade students must have proof that they have had the meningococcal vaccine prior to starting school for the 2016-2017 school year.

Parents who bring their children to the clinic are asked to bring the child’s immunization records and an insurance card. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult over the age of 18.
