12:05 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on West Church Street. Julie A. Humberson was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.

12:50 p.m.-Kevin A. Vaughn was issued a citation for driving under suspension.

2:14 p.m.-Keys found in the gutter at Heise Park were turned over to police.

4:49 p.m.-A South Jefferson resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone she knows.

5:18 p.m.-A disturbance in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated.

6:25 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street was investigated.

6:25 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering in the 200 block of Sixth Avenue was investigated.

9:07 p.m.-A wallet found at Moto Mart was turned over to police.

9:39 p.m.-A report of the theft of medication in the 300 block of North Market Street was investigated.

8:39am A report of a three-year-old boy missing from Cleland Avenue was investigated. The boy was found in the home.

10:40am A disturbance in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

10:47am Officers investigated a domestic issue in the 600 block of Rogers Street.

10:56am A subject came on station to speak with an officer regarding a disturbance in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

11:46am A Woodlawn Avenue resident spoke with an officer regarding threats received.

11:59am A motorist was given a verbal warning at Whetstone Street and Ohio Drive.

12:10pm A West Rensselaer Street resident reported the theft of cash and medication.

12:14pm Officers investigated an accident at McDonald’s. A female was cited for expired license.

12:17pm A report of a domestic problem on North Lane Street was investigated.

12:18pm A subject came on station to speak with an officer regarding an earlier incident.

12:46pm Officers investigated a second accident at McDonald’s.

1:44pm A Hopley Avenue property owner reported two windows broken on June 5.

2:55pm A welfare check was requested on a Marion Road resident.

3:08pm A two-vehicle non-injury accident was reported on Crossroads Blvd.

3:18pm An abandoned wheelchair was found at Kroger. It was brought to the police department and the owner was contacted.

4:30pm A shoplifting report is under investigation from Ehrhart’s Party Store.

431pm Officers assisted Bucyrus Fire Department with a tree down across the roadway on William Street.

4:37pm A two vehicle non-injury accident was reported at Amvets Post 27

4:56pm A civil stand-by was completed in the 900 block of Monnett Street.

5:57pm A bicycle found in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street was brought to the police department.

6:14pm A report of a tree branch hanging low over the roadway on Rogers Street was removed.

6:15pm Several juveniles were warned about trespassing on the railroad tracks on Woodlawn Avenue.

6:25m A debit card found in the 700 block of Tiffin Street was returned to the owner.

6:49pm A person was warned about telecommunications harassment.

6:58pm Officers investigated a report of people swimming at Outhwaite Reservoir. They were warned.

8:07pm A welfare check was requested for a pedestrian who appeared lost on West Southern Avenue. The person was not located.

8:34pm Officers investigated a report of an animal complaint at Riley Reservoir.

8:38pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.

10:33pm A report of a possible breaking and entering in the 200 block of West Galen Street was investigated.

10:45pm A report of a hit-skip accident in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue was investigated.

10:58pm A disturbance in the 500 block of Rogers Street was investigated.

11:03pm A report of a female yelling in the 200 block of West Warren Street was investigated.

10:25pm A citizen came on station and was assisted with a domestic issue.

June 14

12:04am A report of loud music in the 200 block of East Irving Street was investigated.

1:34am A resident in the 200 block of Hayes Avenue reported someone looking in her window. Officers searched the area and did not locate anyone.

2:32am A disturbance in the West Mansfield Street area was investigated.

3:24am A report of disorderly patrons at Walmart was investigated.

3:59am Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle on Washington Square.

4:09am A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of South Lane Street was investigated.

4:11am Four juveniles were arrested for curfew violation. They were released to their parents and will be contacted by Juvenile Court with a court date.

4:44am A resident in the 200 block of Gaius Street reported a bush in front of her house set on fire.

6:36am An alarm in the 1100 block of Isaac-Beal Road was investigated.
