June 4

12:49 a.m.-A domestic disturbance was investigated in the 700 block of Clay Street.

12:29 p.m.-A report of unruly juveniles in the East Park area was investigated.

6:21 p.m.-A domestic violence incident sent one man to the hospital with an injury to his head. No arrests were reported.

6:58 p.m.-A resident in the 400 block of Libby Lane reported receiving harassing phone calls.

8:18 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 100 block of South Riblet Street.

June 5

10:06 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 300 block of Cherry Street.

10:16 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the Harding Way area turned out to be a disabled vehicle.

11:09 p.m.-A report of a dog barking in the 300 block of Grant Street was investigated.

June 6

12:58 a.m.-A report of a baby screaming in the 500 block of Harding Way East was investigated and the baby was found to be fine.

3:28 a.m.-A report of a breaking and entering was investigated in the 300 block of Hensley Avenue. Medication was reported to be stolen.

8:53 a.m.-A hit-skip accident in the 100 block of South Pierce Street was investigated.

9:32 a.m.-A cat located in the Murray and First Street area was reported to have been hit by a car but after being examined by the Horizon Animal Hospital, it was found to have been bitten. The cat is being treated.

1:41 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the Portland Way North area.

5:02 p.m.-Nicholas Thornton was issued a citation for speeding on Knorr Road.

8:29 p.m.-A report of a missing or runaway juvenile was investigated in the 200 block of West Atwood Street.

9:33 p.m.-Laura Taylor was issued a citation for driving under suspension and operating a vehicle under the influence when the vehicle she was driving was stopped by police on South Washington Street at Atwood Street.

Arrests

June 1

10:52 a.m.-A juvenile was arrested for assaulting a police officer in the 400 block of Portland Way North.

June 3

10:19 p.m.-John Meacham, 30, Galion, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant.

June 5

10:42 p.m.-Donald Cody Ray, 27, was arrested in the 400 block of Fairview Avenue for domestic violence. Carrie M. Collins, 38, same address, was also arrested.

June 6

8:44am A report of possible animal abuse on Wingert Street was investigated.

8:59am Officers stood by in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue to keep the peace with a possible disturbance.

9:59am A report of a chicken running loose on River Street was received. The owner of the chicken was spoken to.

1100am Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office on Ohio 4, south of Bucyrus.

11:21am Wise Funeral Service requested a funeral escort.

11:46am A domestic dispute in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

1:29pm A parking complaint in the 200 block of North Poplar Street was investigated.

1:30pm Officers made a funeral escort for Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.

1:59pm A report of an accident at Sandusky Avenue and Poplar Street was received. The involved parties wanted no report.

2:02pm Garrett Kisor, 23, was arrested in the area of Hopley Avenue and Rogers Street on three Crawford County warrants.

2:22pm A subject came on station to make a bad checks complaint.

3:34pm A missing persons report was made on an 11-year-old boy, he was located a short time later.

3:54pm A civil stand-by was requested in the 600 block of Wilbur Street.

4:31pm Eric Cameron, 30, was arrested in the 1700 block of Marion Road on two Crawford County warrants, after officers were called to a disturbance. He was given a court date to appear and released.

4:47pm A welfare check was requested in the 600 block of Wilbur Street.

4:56pm A false alarm at Carl’s Auto Sales was investigated.

5:06pm Officers investigated a report of a person trespassing in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

6:09pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Marion Road and Southern Avenue.

6:13pm A disturbance was investigated in the area of West Charles and Spring Streets.

6:44pm A report of a disorderly person was investigated in the 600 block of East Warren Street.

6:54pm A report of speeders was investigated in the area of Woodlawn Avenue and Failor Street.

7:13pm A parking citation was issued in the 700 block of Ridge Avenue.

7:36pm A report of possible drug use was investigated.

7:42pm A false alarm was investigated at the Bucyrus Schools Administrative Building.

7:56pm Officers investigated the report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of South Poplar Street.

8:03pm A Harris Avenue resident reported their residence broken into.

9:24pm A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of Songer Avenue.

10:18pm A theft report is under investigation.

10:28pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

10:38pm A civil protection order violation was investigated.

11:38pm A report of two suspicious subjects with flashlights in the 300 block of East Southern Avenue was investigated.

June 7

2:30am A report of a disorderly female at the ER in Bucyrus Community Hospital was investigated.

6:43am Officers conducted a civil stand-by in the 400 block of East Irving Street.
