Feb. 10

7:42 a.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 100 block of North Columbus Street. Dustin R. Stark was issued a citation for failure to control.

9:09 a.m.-Jennifer D. Damron, 34, Bucyrus, was arrested on a Richland County warrant in the Harding Way East and Washington Street area.

11:51 a.m.-Joseph L. Hein was issued a citation for driving under suspension at Third Avenue and Walnut Street.

2:55 p.m.-John M. Evans, 18, Galion, was arrested in the 700 block of South Boston Street on a misdemeanor warrant. He was issued a court date and released.

4 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in the 100 block of East Church Street was investigated.

5:49 p.m.-Officers assisted the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office in the 500 block of East Church Street.

9:32 p.m.-A Libby Lane resident reported that all four tires on their vehicle were slashed.

9:59 p.m.-A citation was issued to Kelly R. Tennant for marked lanes in the 700 block of Harding Way West.

Feb. 11

2:17 a.m.-Jordan V. Walters was issued citations for operating a vehicle under the influence and failure to use turn signal in the 200 block of Harding Way East.

2:55 a.m.-Cora M. Moore, 24, Galion, was arrested on a Richland County warrant in the Columbus Street area.

10:14 a.m.-A South Boston Street resident reported her child was being harassed by other juveniles.

1:23 p.m.-A report of a shoplifter at Goodwill, 753 Carter Drive, was investigated.

2:18 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 200 block of North Columbus Street was investigated.

2:43 p.m.-Steve A. Smith II was issued a citation for driving under suspension on North East Street.

3 p.m.-A report of loud music in the 300 block of Cherry Street was investigated.

3:32 p.m.-A report of a possible breaking and entering in the 500 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

10:08 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

Feb. 12

1:22 a.m.-A report of a loud bang in the 900 block of Winchester Road turned out to be a powerline issue.

1:37 a.m.-A report of a power line sparking in the 900 block of Wagner Avenue was investigated and the city line department was called to the scene to make repairs.

2:54 a.m.-A report of loud music was investigated in the 400 block of Hensley Avenue. A summons for loud music was issued.

6:44 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the 200 block of Libby Lane.

10:12 a.m.-A report of juveniles attempting to steal a bicycle in the 1200 block of Smith Street was investigated.

1:42 p.m.-A North Market Street resident reported being harassed by someone she knows.

2:39 p.m.-A report of two small children walking down Charles Street unsupervised was investigated.

8:30 p.m.-A Railroad Street resident reported being harassed by a person shining a bright light in the window of their residence.

10:31 p.m.-A resident in the South Market Street area reported finding a blue bicycle in an alley and turned it over to police.

Feb. 10

11:35 a.m.- Officers attempted to deliver a message in the 500 block of South Spring Street.

12:31 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a man in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue for a welfare check.

3:32 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel with a medical emergency in the 1400 block of Hopley Avenue.

4:36 p.m.- A two vehicle non-injury crash in the area of Mansfield and Lane Streets was investigated. One of the vehicles was towed from the scene and a citation was issued.

5:56 p.m.- Officers checked on a report of a dog left outside on Russell Avenue. The dog was taken inside by the owner.

7:41 p.m.- A report of a solicitor in the 200 block of South Highland Avenue without a permit was investigated.

7:44 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver coming into town on Hopley Avenue was investigated.

8:01 p.m.- A resident in the 100 block of Penn Avenue reported solicitors in the area.

8:21 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant on Hopley Avenue.

11:03 p.m.- A disturbance in the 500 block of Union Street was investigated.

Feb. 11

1:13 a.m.- Joshua Smith, 27, was arrested on a charge of open container in city lot 3. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released.

1:29 a.m.- A group of people causing a disturbance in City Lot 3 was dispersed.

1:40 a.m.- One income tax summons was served at the police department.

2:13 a.m.- Officers are investigating an assault complaint at an establishment near Washington Square. The complainant was taken for medical care and the involved parties were identified.

2:33 a.m.- Gage Turner, 18, was arrested on a charge of open container in city lot 3. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released.

3:10 a.m.- Thomas Warren, 39, was arrested on three Crawford County warrants. He also had two income tax summonses. He was issued court dates for all and released.

4:43 a.m.- Officers responded to a 9-1-1 call about a fight in the 600 block of E. Warren Street. Steven Kendall, 32, was arrested on charges of Domestic Violence and Obstruction.

7:17 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a fight in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street. People involved denied an altercation and advised that one had fallen on ice.

7:52 a.m.- A report of an unwanted person in the 200 block of North Walnut Street was investigated. The person was gone upon officer’s arrival.

8:27 a.m.- Brad M Villars, 38, was arrested in the 100 block of Plymouth Street and charged with disorderly conduct. This was the involved party from the North Walnut Street complaint. He was held in the police department temporary holding facility until sober.

12:34 p.m.- A disturbance in the 1400 block of Cullen Court was a landlord-tenant issue.

3:11 p.m.- A theft report was made in the 1200 block of Fremont Street.

4:17 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 300 block of Blicke Street.

4:56 p.m.- A minor crash report was taken at Walmart.

8:18 p.m.- Two income tax summons were issued in the 1700 block of East Mansfield Street.

9:07 p.m.- A resident in the Beverly Drive area reported a disturbance.

9:44 p.m.- A report of people trespassing at Bucyrus Estates was an ex-boyfriend of a resident.

10:15 p.m.- Aaron Zornes, 28, was issued a minor misdemeanor citation for possession of an open container of alcohol in public in City Lot 3.

11:35 p.m.- A juvenile reported his cell phone stolen.

Feb. 12

1:17 a.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.

1:57 a.m.- Cody Barthalow, 24, was arrested in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street for littering and obstruction of justice. He was issued a court date and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

2:04 a.m.- A report of a theft from Hymiler is was investigated. It was found to be an issue with a debit card and the patron paid what was owed.

5:44 a.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

9:02 a.m.- Officers checked an open building and were assisted by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.

2:38 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a person missing out of South Carolina.

2:39 p.m.- Officers located a person reported missing from Galion.

3:23 p.m.- Officers spoke to East Mansfield Street resident about a prior complaint.

3:58 p.m.- A report of junk vehicles was investigated in the area of Woodlawn and McKinley Avenue. The residents had been cited in May of 2016 for different junk vehicles and were warned to move different vehicles on their property at this time or be subject to further citation.

7:12 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Dunloe Court.

7:29 p.m.- A vandalism report was taken in the 1400 block of Rosedale Avenue.

7:39 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

7:39 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Beverly Drive.

7:44 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 1400 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

7:16 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

Feb. 13

12:16 a.m.- Officers assisted two pedestrians in the 100 block of Plymouth Street.

12:56 a.m.- Gary McKinney Jr, 37, was stopped at North Sandusky Avenue and Irving Street and arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.
