On July 22, The Rotary Club of Galion and the Flower Cart flower shop teamed up with Toni’s Flowers for the annual Make Someone Smile Day at Mill Creek and SignatureHEALTH rest homes. Rotarian Lisa Dye-Hoffman, who also owns the Flower Cart, brought this project to the Rotary Club of Galion several years ago. Rotary is known for making a difference in the lives of people from something as simple as bringing a smile to someone to working toward eradicating polio from the world.
